my son is 2, he naps 1 a day na lg sa afternoon, aroun 1-3 hours. prob ko lg he sleeps late around 10pm or late pa and wakes up aroun 8-9am

My daughter has adjusted her sleeping pattern:

At night she sleeps at 9PM and wakes up between 6-7AM
She takes a 2-hour nap between 12PM-2PM

Pag schooldays (he's 9 - Grade 4), 8 or 8:30 pm then wakes up by 5:30.  Before kasi 7-7:30 tulog na sya.  Then pag walang pasok, pinagbibigyan ko syang late matulog.  Eversince kasi, gusto ko talaga halos 10hrs sleep sya eh.  Feeling ko pag ganun, mas nagiging di sakitin and hindi grumpy.

These days she sleeps around 10:30pm and wakes up by 8-9am I don't know if this is healthy for her. But I will ask her pedia about this sleeping pattern.

My baby Bughaw sleeps at 10 or 11pm and wakes up around 7 or 8am although medyo late sleep niya oks lang because I get to eat breakfast with her (night shift kase ako 7pm-4am) and pinapaliguan ko after then konting playtime and around 10am she will have her early nap and will again wake up during lunch time then its my turn to sleep naman

My son Packo sleeps at midnight! He's turning 2 this October. He wakes up at 10 am then sleeps in the afternoon by 2pm (for around an hour and a half). I'm trying to revert his sleeping time to 8pm.

my 15 months old baby sleeps ng 11pm then gigising ng 9am sobrang napupuyat ako ang dalas ko tuloy malate 5 am kasi dapat gising na ako then luwas na.. sana mabago para maaga kami makatulog

11 PM yung tulog niya na dere-derecho na talaga. Gising lang every 3-4 hours para mag milk. 9 AM gising na gising na.

nakuuuu yung 2 years old ko:

11:00 PM til 10:00 AM
tapos tuloy tuloy na yan. minsan makakatulog pa siya 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM tapos magigising ng 8:00 PM.

yang 11:00 PM minsan magiging 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM pa yan.

I have two little babies. One is 3 years old and the another is 6 years old. The younger one sleeps at 8 PM and awake at 7 AM. The doctor told me a baby needs at least 10-12 hours sleep a day.

Ang baby ko natutulog ng 10 or 11 pm tapos magigising ng 9 am . Okay lang kaya na ganun oras sya matulog?
