ako talaga di ko pa keri mag anmun lalo na yung enfamama, kahit wala na yung morning sickness ko nun, nakakasuka pa din ang lasa kahit choco. sa first tri ko di muna ako mag milk unless mawala na yung MS na yan. yung OB naman kase nag suggest na 5 months e. pero as soon na mawala yun, mag anmum na agad. ako fruits pwede rin basta wag lang yung meal talaga kase di ko keri much. pati water naku, ang hirap

Crackers and potato chips (low sodium) lang.  :( I'm on my 10th week. I hate mornings and even afternoon. Lahat ng food nilalabas ko halos wala pang 5 minutes pagkatapos kainin. Ang hirap pala. Sana matapos na rin kasi minsan nanghihina na rin ako.  :(

Nung unang baby ko ang lifesavers ko Rebisco Strawberry Cream Sandwich, Monami Strawberries and Cream Candy, Mantao Bread (yung sa Siopao), Lemon Iced Tea at Jolly Spaghetti. Kasi yan lang ang mga pagkain na kahit i-suka ko, kaya ko pa ulit kainin nang hindi nadidiri  ;D

But right now pineapples, watermelon, Hansel Mocha sandwich, Chocolait Drink and Jolly Spaghetti.

So, I guess consistent ako sa Spaghetti.  :D

Nagsusuka lang ako kung matatagalan bago ako kumain like, dapat makapag-breakfast na ako by 6 am tapos light snack by 9am then lunch by 12. Tapos merienda by 4 and dinner by 7. Ha-ha parang nasa boot camp :)

MANGOES! Since day 1, maasim na mangoes, yung from Davao na malalaki, until 5th month then right now, MANGOES STILL pero yung  hinog, yung fresh at mabango, ewan ko ba hanggang ngayong nasa 8th month na ako, every meal meron pa rin akong mangoes, plus ANMUM MILK, milk person naman na ako when I get pregnant, hindi ako comfortable sa Choco, milk talaga, every morning naman yun, of course, always may gulay sa menu, I prevent eating talong sabi naman ng nakakatanda kaya "NO TALONG". Yun yung food "must haves ko", mangoes, anmum, vitamins tas gulay. :) ;D

^ bawal ba daw? I just had one nung isang araw.

i'm on my 11th week and ever since I found out na im pregnant ako pa iba iba ang gusto ko.. nahumaling din ako sa mango fruit shakes.. singkamas.. baked mac.. I have not restricted myself sa pagkain ng kahet ano but i try to eat veggies na now kasi dati hindi talaga ko kumakain.. i just noticed yung mga food na gustong gusto ko nung hindi ako buntis ngayon ayaw ko na sila.

may nagsasabi oo, may nagsasabi hindi. hindi lang yata maganda kung hilaw na papaya. hindi ko naman alam bakit, sabi lang sa internet. may point na bago ako kakain sinesearch ko muna sa internet! natakot ako nung nag ZAGU craving ako tapos may hoax sa internet na toxic yung black balls nila...hoax nga lang pala..

Note lang mga mommies, na discover ko lang kasi to recently. My doc said I can give in to whatever cravings naman basta in moderation, pero avoid diet softdrinks because of the aspartame, yung artificial sugar. So I double-checked my candy stash (marami ako mga gummi worm, skittles, ganun kasi madali siya kainin), tapos ang DOUBLEMINT pala has aspartame! I eat it pa naman tuwing susuka :( konti lang naman yung amount and mga ilang days lang naman,  tinigil ko na lang :D warning lang to mommies check niyo na lang ang labels para sure :D

Mommies, what kinds of food can we eat that won't leave us any Metallic Taste. I'm finding it hard to eat these days.

Sa first and second pregnancies ko doon ko na-experience yung morning sickness eh, kasi sa third saka sa present pregnancy ko wala na. Skyflakes din kapag wala talaga. Saka hinay hinay ako noon sa rice at ulam kasi naranasan ko yung natakam ako so ang dami kong kinuha sabay after two spoonfuls biglang bumalik. :-\ Pero ngayon naman wala namang problems, more on fruits and sweets ako. (Lagot!  ::))

Hi sis..when I was pregnant ang pinagbawal lang talaga sa akin ng OB ko is softdrinks, coffee and tea...tapos I can eat everything na in moderation...sa fish naman mas kumain daw ako nung tabang kesa sa alat na fish..so more on bangus na ang tilapia ako...
