oo nga sis wala ata exercise na pangpayat ng face..mukhang science na ang sagot dyan..like si julia montes parang lumiit na nga mukha niya pag nakikita ko sya sa tv pero yun nga science ang gumawa.

Pumapayat din naman ang face pero I dont think there's an exercise that could do that. Papayat yan pag pumayat body mo. But honestly sis, a lot of it has got to do with your face shape. For example, pag round face ka, kahit na pumayat ka, bilugan pa din yan.

tama nawawala ang double chin and pag pumayat ka ng todo mag ssunken sya. mas madaling mapansin ata na tumaba yung facemo kesa pumayat hehe

Hi sisses. After two years of being pregnant, I have two babies who are 11 months apart, Its time to claim my body back.   I was 110 lbs before I got pregnant with Baby No.1 . Three months later, I 'm pregnant with Baby No. 2.

Since it's the new year, my resolution includes losing weight the natural way, meaning exercise and proper diet. So are there any moms out there who wants to join me in fighting against the bulge? In this forum, we could all motivate each other and not fall off the band wagon.

I'm thinking we could post our vital stats and probably talk about what exercise we have done, food eaten, etc. Any useful tips are welcome.

So I'm starting. I hope that some will join me.

Pre-Pregnancy Weight: 110 lbs
Post-Pregnancy Weight: 150 lbs
Height: 5'0
Current Weight: 150 lbs
Goal Weight: 110 lbs, but if I reach 120 lbs, I'll be jumping up and down!!!

I enrolled at a gym and started using the treadmill. Since, I am 10 weeks post-cs, I have to take things really slow and not push myself and get injured in return. As for the food part, I went back to counting calories, meaning recording all the things that I've eaten. Also stopped drinking soda since last week.

sis nikka04,  nagpapabreastfeed po ako.. ok lang po ba yun?.. nacurious po kasi ako sa sinasabi mo.. hehe.. sobrang laki ko po kasi talaga now.. from 50kgs before ako mapreggy to  65kgs.. sooooo heavy..  pero starting last week nagbabadminton na po ako 3-4 tmes a week..

hi sis! i think pareho tayo ng problem huhuhu
i just gave birth last december ang my pre-pregnancy weight is 64kls
ngyon hindi ko pa nacheck kung ilan weight ko pero as in npkalaki nnmn ng nagdagdag.
hindi ko na alm gaagwin ko nafu2strate nko sis

I need to be get back my figure..kahit hindi iyong single figures na 32-24-32..Huhuhu

Kahit hubby ko don't believe na mababalik ko yun, he's right naman kasi yung bone structure ko talagang lumaki din...ngayon ata my vital stat is34-28-34..pag nakatalikod ako i know may porma pa body ko but if nakaharap nako po,malaki pa tyan ko kesa boobs ko..

Mag 5 y.o na baby ko but mataba pa rin ako. Sabi ng hubby ko hindi naman ako mataba, ang tyan ko lang ang malaki. Lately ko lang naapreciate yung sexiness kobefore... ;D

Sana makapagcontrol nako sa rice then exercise din. I'm going to start maya na fruits lang ang hapunan. My prob is my daughter kasi pag hindi ako kumakain, hindi rin sya kakain then sabay sabi "Diet din ako my"... :'(

ako namayat sa puyat at dahil din sguro wala kaming yaya hehe. prob ko din tiyan ko, napapagkamalan pa rin akong buntis :D kayanin pa kaya to ng binder? :D

same tayo mommy chardonnay. sa mrt minsan naiisip ko pinapa upo ba nila ako kasi mabait sila or mukha lang talaga akong buntis? hehe.. sa ngayon wala na kong time magexercise aalis kasi ako ng 530am then 7pm sa bahay na syempre kakain ng dinner then prep na para matulog. ang pagasa ko nalang is tuwing sat and sunday.. magstart ako ngayong weekend try ko magexercise hehe :) sana bumalik ang pre preg weight ko :)

^ haha ako din kaya medyo tinatago ko. daily rin ako sa MRT. Sabi ko nga ke hubby, pag me nag ask bat laki tiyan ko, di ko na puwede idahilan "nanganak ako"....last year? hehe. Sabi ng friend ko, puwede pa daw magbinder kasi pag hindi, kakalat pa yung taba around my waist so hanap na ako maya hehe.

Ako naman after manganak pumayat ako T__T Kaya yun ang lakas ko kumain at saka ngbreastfeed din ako e... Lakas ko kumain kasi gusto ko magkaroon naman ako ng kunting laman lalo na sa face ko.. until now lakas pa din ako kumain.. happy naman ako kasi medyo nagkalaman na ako unlike nung pagkapanganak ko.. :)) kaso ang problem BILBIL. HAHAHA! lalo na kung napaparami ang kain ko.. akala mo tuloy 3 months preggy ako.. kaya minsan iniisip ko kung kakain ba ako mrami o tama lang.. kaso masarap talaga kumain :)) .. Ang madalas kong gawin WALKING lang talaga.. napapagod kasi ako agad pag jogging eh.. pero now ang plano kong exercise is Swimming, Walking o kaya threadmill :) para hndi na ako lumayo pag walking. :)) Minsan kasi gusto mong may kasama ka pag ngeexercise outdoors. :) CS din ako.. limot ko na kung ano yung weight ko..

Ako naman parang lahat bumalik na sa dati 3 months after manganak ako..ang biggest problem ko eh parang ang balakang ko di na bumalik sa dati :( so hard pati to lose the 1kg..ayun na lang balik na sana uli ako sa dati..any ideas mga mommies parang mabalik sa dati ang balakang ko? :)

I'm hopeless. One year after giving birth (CS) I just keep getting bigger and bigger.

Pre-Pregnancy weight: 99lbs
Post Pregnancy weight: 62 kg
Current wight: 63kg

I'm 5 flat I look like a ball already. I need help! Nakaka depress.

i have 2 babies now, 3 y/o and 2 mos old...

weight when i was still single: 51-52 kg
max weight during pregnancy (2nd):  66 kg
current weight ( 2mos post partum): 48 kg

i lost a lot of weight, actually i have no problem pagdating sa weight loss since 2 mos post partum pa lang 18 kg na nabawas sa akin..mas maluwag pa pre-pregnancy clothes ko now..yung balakang ko ambilis din bumalik sa dati since a month pa lang ata after giving birth i can wear my skinny jeans na....my tummy is flat na din, problem ko now is the loose skin sa tummy area, di na firm gaya ng dati..may pag-asa pa kaya to? hehe...though im not aiming naman na mabalik sa dati, like ko lang maging firm kahit konti kasi ampangit tingnan ;D
