hi sis dmnq, i'm a newbie in baking. actually wala ako formal training, mahilig lang ako manood sa youtube at nagbabasa basa lang. you can try this site...

 http://www.joyofbaking.com/

nasarapan family at kapitbahay namin sa nibake kong oatmeal cookie from that site. marami din sa youtube like yung kay onepotchef na bagay sa mga nagsisimula pa lang sa pagbebake kasi easy lang mga recipe niya and yung sinabi ni sis  babyblair na si laura vitale ok ang site na yan. happy baking!

sis ako sa Yummy.ph kumukuha ng recipes when baking. I liked the site kasi their ingredients are available here in the Philippines dahil local site siya (sister magazine ng SmartParenting, under Summit Media rin). With sites from abroad kasi, nahihirapan ako sa water content pati temp ng binebake ko.. I guess it has something to do with altitude and climate natin dito?

If you have extra money to spare, why not buy this booklet (P125):

thanks sis!

Really very helpful. :)

oo sis! kaya mo yun. ;)

eto nung 1st bday ng baby ko:

choco-vanilla cupcake with hazelnut filling and boiled icing

eto naman nung 2nd bday:

red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting

sugar cookies

yup, yung choco-vanilla cupcake nga recipe ni Nadine of Swirls n Sprinkles. eto yung link: http://www.yummy.ph/recipe/Choco-Vanilla-Cupcakes

then yung sa red velvet cupcake, sa likuran nung isang yummy cookbook, may bonus recipe from McCormick, ayan yun :) tapos yung sugar cookies, sa joy of baking ko nakuha. medyo palpak pa yan, hindi na-form na dough e. basta malambot yung dough.
