ano gamit nyo na peanut butter? kahit yong ordinary na pangpalaman or there is a special peanut butter na pang kare-kare? hehe. dame ko tanong. I want to learn how to cook it kase.

Weekends means cooking and baking for me. I so love weekends. Ngayon ko lang kase naramdaman yong feeling na magluluto ka for others most especially for hubby.  :-*

wow, nice to know this. Thanks for the info sweetpumpkin. Thanks mommies!

I made the mama sita's kare-kare mix recipe yesterday and viola and sarap ng outcome. My hubby really loves it even my son's nanny.

I used yong buto-buto. Pinalambot ko sya. While doing it, ginagawa ko na yong alamang at inisteam ko na din yong sitaw, pechay at talong.

Nung malambot na yong buto-buto, kumuha ako 1 cup of water sa pinagpakuluan ko then i dissolved yong kare-kare mix.

In a wok, nilagay ko na yong cooking oil, garlic and onion. Then, I added the kare-kare mix tapos nilagay ko na yong buto- buto. I added peanut butter para mas maging malapot at para lasang lasa talaga yong mani. I added magic sarap to taste. Tas ayon serve nyo na. Decorate it with the sitaw, pechay and eggplant.

It is so fulfilling for a first timer like me.  ;)
