Why can't I change my displayed name?

Tried to change this in Profile>Modify Profile>Account Settings and change the displayed name but it will always display the error 'The password you entered was not correct.' after clicking the Change Profile though I entered the correct password.

Hi Kirsch. It works on PC mode or go to Desktop site.

I've been trying to change my displayed name for a couple of weeks but to no avail.. Same error still occured.."The password you entered is incorrect." after the Change Profile button is clicked though I made sure that the password I inputted is correct.

Tried doing this in my laptop and CP by enabling the desktop site, but I still encountered the same problem.

Para makareply sa mga post:

1) Mag log in sa Smart Parenting.

2a) To join an existing topic: just click "Reply" (for PC/Desktop Site)




2b) For mobile users, click the navigation icon.



Then click "Reply"


3) Maaari  din ninyong i-post dito ang inyong katanungan at ang Moderators na lamang ang bahalang mag lipat ng post ninyo sa tamang category. Huwag kalimutang i-check ang inyong inbox para sa mga pribadong reply (PM) na galing sa co-members.

paano po palitan yung name pag nag popost po? i want to use my username instead po yung real name ko? thank you

Para mapalitan ang username, kailangan itong gawin sa "desktop mode" habang naka log in sa Smart Parenting.


Kapag nasa desktop mode na, click HERE para makapunta sa inyong account setting. Maaari din ninyong gawin ang sumusunod: Profile > Modify Profile > Account Settings


Mag type ng bagong pangalan sa box na nasa kanan ng "Name".


i-click ang "Change Profile" sa ibaba ng forum page at sundin ang instructions sa pag re-enter ng password para sa security ng inyong account.

ayan plaging lumalabas kahit correct naman pw ko

Dapat po PC gamit niyo o kaya desktop mode kung mobile ang gamit niyo. Then follow instructions here:
