We put cassava flour sa ice candy para parang ice cream ang texture niya, masarap sya sa ripe manggo. just mixed sugar, milk and water , bring to boil, add the dissolved cassava flour and the ripe manggo, stir and let it cool before packing.  enjoy ;)

@mommyCaline...simple lang po...

1. cut saba into small pieces
3. put 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor (for good smell and taste) and also pandan leaves
4. sugar po syempre
5. after boil in some minutes palamigin mo n po. kapag malamig na po saka niyo po lagyan ng evaporated milk. ayaw ko kasi ng mainit p kasi nabubuo po ang milk eh. ganyan lang po ginagawa ko... ;D

sorry late n ako hehe

nakatikim ako before ng bubblegum flavored icedrop with bits of real bubble gum and naging favorite ko sya noon. so i searched for a recipe online but i only found a recipe for bubblegum flavored icecream. i guess we can follow the first three steps on how to get the bubblegum flavor. just an idea.  :)

1
Gather 10 or more pieces of your favorite bubble gum and set them aside. In a saucepan, mix one or two cups of heavy cream plus one cup of milk.

2
Bring the milk and cream mixture to a boil; then remove the saucepan from the stove's heat. Add the bubble gum to the mixture and let it stand in the saucepan for 10 minutes. This allows the milk and cream to absorb the bubble gum's flavor.

3
Drain the ingredients through a colander and into a medium-sized bowl. Strain out and discard all the pieces of bubble gum

then it's up to you to add red food coloring para magmukhang bubblegum flavor talaga.. or just leave it as it is.

cheese flavored ice candy nakatikim din ako at super sarap. not sure with the ingredients but i'm guessing
milk, sugar, teaspoon of vanilla, and cheese. sa natikman kong ice candy na yun, cut into small cubes ang cheese.

^ i just add milk. the more milk there is, the creamier the ice candy will turn out. para na syang ice cream.. hindi sya magmumukhang ice na may flavor.
