Sis try using a nasal spray yourself para alam mo how it feels. Ako kasi merong ganon. If not done correctly, masakit sa ilong. Read the instructions carefully.  Also, better to use the ribbed cotton buds. yung parang may bewang hehe. Masa madali mong makukuha yung lanot niya...

Sis di ba may pang baby na cotton buds.  Basain mo yung cotton buds ng salinase then slowing in twisting motion ang paglinis sa dumi ng ilong niya or kung hindi mo talaga kaya meron spray style ang salinase yun na lang bilhin mo.

Advise sis.  Don't use spray for babies instead use the bottle na pwedeng drops.
If you want to use spray, make sure na hindi naka flat o nakahiga si baby kasi didiretso sa throat yan.

I've been using different kinds of nasal spray -

Proper handling lang and make sure meron kayong nasal aspirator on the side.

hello mommy! have u used  NSS ba with your kids?.. my son kasi has allergic rhinitis even he is into montelukast umaataki pa din yung AR niya. first symptoms is sneezing then later magkaka clogged nose siya.

If you are going to use NSS maganda may nebulizer ka.  Sometimes, pag may halak anak ko, Pedia recommend to mix NSS with ventolin para hindi matapang.

hi mommy,

salinase is good.  recommended siya ng pedia namin and super effective sa daughter ko.  kapg simpleng sipon lang, 10 drops of salinase nilalagay namin sa nebulizer pero kapag may kasamang ubo na nad halak, mixed with ventolin pero half lang.  effective sa anak ko.  :)

Advise sis.  Don't use spray for babies instead use the bottle na pwedeng drops. What I do with my daughter is babasain ko ng salinase yun cotton buds then slowly clean the nose from outside to inside stroke.

PHYSIOMER - medyo expensive pero magandang paglinis from nose to throat

Sis may i know if physiomer baby itong gamit mo?
Si baby kasi sinisipon now, bumabara ilong. Ayaw magdede. Im using salinase now.
I checked online safe for >2wks babies naman kaya hanap ako where to buy Physiomer baby. Thanks

I use SALINASE drops when my son is still an infant. When he turned 2, we use STERIMAR spray. I like it better than salinase spray kasi yung salinase isang butas lang kaya malakas ang sirit yung Sterimar maraming butas kaya mas pasaboy. I don't know if you get it pero mas gentle yung sterimar para sa akin.

Recommendation:  for babies less than 1 year, don't use spray rather proper cleaning lang using drops with swab pero kelangan sobrang ingat or use nebulizer or vaporizer. Pls re read comments...

Masyado ang pressure ng spray that sometimes medyo maka choke sa bata kasi ang entry niya ay from nose minsan umaabot sa throat.  Salinase spray - less ang pressure unlike sterimar and physiomer.

Correct me if I'm wrong.  These are based on my experience with my two kids lalo na sa eldest ko (he's 12yo na at medyo less AR attacks)
