Any mommies tried Pole Dancing?

I just want to ask mga mommies,if anyone tried pole dancing to lose weight after giving birth...
sobrang i want to try this exercise..though some conservative people thinks its not decent exercise..what do you think mommies?

tried it sis, very sensual and sexy niya. pero hindi sya puede sayo if you are below 1year na CS or parang fully healed kasi need mo ng strength para maka stay on the pole ka. bali mag exert ka talaga ng effort.

brings out your sensual side as a woman, yes many will say hindi sya decent kasi diba only the GR** use it or sa mga clubs. Pero iwan mo muna yong conservative side mo, besides the others ay walang problema about weight. HIndi mo naman yon gagamitin sa kung saan. Malawak lang na kaalaman at pag.uunawa. Same din ng belly dancing madaming bad na sinasabi pero wag mo nalang pansinin.

6 months post operation pa ako ......but anyway  in the future may i ask where did you tried pole dancing and how  much? thanks sis

sa cebu sis, around 250p lang per session. 1year and 3months na nga ako that time from CS operation pero after ng session parang na feel ko medyo masakit balakang ko and yong ng tahi ko (bikini cut), meron kasing stinging feel. pero ganda ng sweating mo sis, super...yong instructor ko ewan asan na sya now pero ganda ng legs niya at body, toned na toned sya dahil lang sa pole dancing..walang flab na hehe

Kung rich lang ako, I'll get a personal instructor ffor this tapos papalagay ako ng pole sa bedroom.

i used to be a gymnastic way back in high school pero ngaun OMG! i cant even touch my toes while stretching hahaha..kalawang na..
@mommy jazz-mommie jazz about salsa article yung link:( anyway search ko n din thanks a lot...
@chococream: awww cebu pa pala...CS din me matagal tagal pa bago ako makapag hard work out,baka bumuka ang sugat ..baka habang nag popole dancing ako lumaglag yung mga bituka ko hahaha...

parang ganun na nga sis, heheh medy matatagalan ka pa bago magkaka hardcore workout. hehhe heavyguts din naman ako after ako manganak sis, umabot talaga ako ng whooping 68kg. walking lang and then nagPW nalng ako kasi mahirap talaga ang mag exercise while medyo masakit pa ang tahi, ayon sa awa ng dyos at PW bumalik ako sa 55kg. pero controlling food intake ako na after bumaba yong weight ko

Seriously, that's a great idea. You do sports, lose weight, tone your body, and learn some nice tricks to use in the bedroom. Plus, it probably hypes your self-esteem, which makes you feel better overall.
