^mga sis, just pour 1/4-1/3 lang ng batter sa pan para hindi masyadong makapal. or you can try adding half a teaspoon of bakingsoda to make the cake rise.

^so bale you'll cook the remaining cake mix in a different pan tas pagpapatungin na lang? tips naman mommy on how to do the chocolate filling/fudge. natuyuan yong akin kaya hindi ko na sya mailagay sa cake. i mean masyado malapot to the extent na ang bilis tumigas asa pan palang. hehe

^ganunna nga sis, in my case, 2-3 pans ginagamit ko, depende sa volume ng ginagawa ko. As for the fudge frosting, it is best to apply it on the cake while it is hot pare hindi tumigas..Ine-estimate ko lang kasi yung consistency ng frosting ko..if sa tingin ko spreadable na siya, I turn off the heat na.. If feeling nyo malapit na siya sa spreading consistency, turn it off a minute early..it will cook on its own kasi mainit pa siya.. Sa fudge frosting ako nadalian gumawa..palaging maganda yung kinalabasan ng ginagawa ko..And another tip, dapat, turned off na yung stove when your adding the butter and baking soda then todo effort sa pag halo para evenly distributed. As soon as you turn off the stove, add na agad yung butter and soda after 15-30 secs..

^actually may thread dito about making icing. "All about icing" yong subject

anyway here's the ingredients:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (i used buttercream)
1.5 tbsp full cream milk (i used Alpine) ;)
1 box Peotraco confectioners’ sugar
food coloring

paghaluhaluin mo lang silang lahat and mix it using hand mixer. since i do not have my hand mixer dito sa manila. i do it manually using whisk. sakit nga lang sa braso pag una. if you want it na medyo basa just add milk.

as simple as that.  :)

enjoy sis!

@jem.sexy@yahoo.com - hahaha your welcome! Marami rin ibang brand ng confectioner's sugar kaso madalas Peotraco rin ginagamit ko kasi mas maganda ang quality. Pati Cocoa Powder meron rin ang Peotraco.
