hi moms! just wondering if meron sa inyo ang may bad experience using those baby carriers.. kasi plan to buy moby wrap.. and ring sling.. but medyo scary ata ilagay si baby? o konting practice lang?

hi mommy ive used sling carriers for my baby para bonding time namin at parang yakap2 ko sya,.. safe naman un gamitin basta tama ang paggamit.. tska mas ok kesa sa stroller hindi kase bulky tska pag ayaw mo pabitbit o pakarga si baby sa iba use mo na lang sling or carrier hehe

Hi sis! Naku, i love baby wraps! Nakita ko din moby wrap, pero namamahalan ako..what i did. NagDIY ako ng sarili kong baby wrap. Mas preferred ko ito kesa sa mga carriers. Sa una complicated talaga pero after sometime, madali na. Ang maganda sa mga wraps, dikit na dikit talaga sayo si baby, and yung weight is evenly distributed to your shoulders and back!

wow DIY hehe.. san ka nakabili ng tela? gusto ko din magpagawa ng ganan.. or bili na lang ako ng tela at ipatahi ko na lang yung edges..

ok bang gamiti  niya sis sushilover123,,kasi bumili ako sa indigo baby ng pouch nila ayaw ni baby ko,,1month lang sya,,then like ko naman buy ng ring sling baka sakali masok kasi na-adjust sya..

base sa mga nreserach ko mas ok yung mga wraps kasi puwede mo iadjust .. yung ring sling puwede din naman kaso bothered ako dun sa rings.. kasi parang tatama sa ulo ng baby eh.. kaya i prefer wraps.. yung pouch sling naman.. di sya adjustable eh.. pano kung gusto ni hubby na ibabywear ang anak namin.. eh hindi kakasya sa kanya yung small na para lang sakin..

@rodcielle07. Yep sis, bumili lang ako ng tela. Jersey cloth tawag nila. Malambot and stretchable, pero bumabalik sa dating size. Ang mahal kasi ng mobywrap sis. Kaya nagsearch ako size ng tela for baby wrap then pinatahi ko. 3months pa lang si baby pero nailalagay ko na siya kangaroo pouch style. Then ngayong 8months na siya, paside naman, yung nasa bewang.

@ritz. Yup sis ok na ok gamitin. Medyo mahaba nga lang yung tela kapag iniikot mo sa katawan mo pero effective talaga. Minsan pa nga nakakatulog si baby ko 3hrs straight kapag nkawrap sakin. i tried yung Aprica carrier. Ang sakit sa balikat and likod. Kasi yung mga straps, hinihila yung likod ko. If you want, i can teach you to DIY wraps. Then research ka sa youtube how to do it.

sis san dito ao batangas eh.. pag sinabi ko ba sa bilihan ng tela yung cotton  jersey eh alam na nila kung ano yun? and 5 yards ba binili mo? nasearch ko kasi 5 yards tapos hahatiin sa gitna to make 2 wraps.. pero kung gusto mo naman ng 2 layers eh ifold na lang for better security kasi makapal..

can you give me a link kahit hindi video about how to make DIY wraps?

sadya napakamahal ng moby wrap.. pero yung nabili ko kasi 2nd hand na.. kulay red.. tsaka makapal eh at mabigat kasi ang haba sobra hehe.. gusto ko nga gupitin sa gitna para makagawa akong 2 wraps out of it.. kaso nanghihinayang ako..

nabasa ko pa na no need to sew the edges kasi nagcucurl up naman daw yun at pag isinuot eh hindi na kita.. tinahi mo pa ba yung edges ng sayo?

i have a next9 sling wrap. i tried using it on baby since she was 2 mos old, ayaw niya. naiinis. now she's 4 mos na and i tried it again, ayaw pa rin.  sayang tuloy. she wouldn't stop wiggling. hinde ko alam if mali lang ba paglalagay ko sa kanya pero based naman sa tutorial vid, tama naman. baka ayaw lang talaga ni baby

hey baby wearers =) You can also check out Bailey wrap =) It's a local version of the moby wrap but is more suitable for Philippine weather. If not in use can also be tucked in to a pillow.
