Tried this recipe but seems medyo malambot yung nagawa ko.  Hindi sha yung stiff like sa goldilocks. Do I have to add more egg yolks or lessen the evap?

Sis, leche flan shouldn't be stiff.  With goldilocks, I don't know baka matagal nang na-refrigerate that's why medyo stiff na. So far sobrang ok naman ang results every time I try this recipe.  Baka hindi mo lang sya na refrigerate well enough or if you like, you can experiment by reducing the liquid  ingredients.

so sorry now lang ulit nakavisit..I've tried it sis and super nagustuhan ng mga tumikim..ok din ang texture for me although we can vary yung firmness sa tagal ng pagkakasteam..pero the taste tapos yung easyness niya gawin, ayus! thanks sis for sharing...baka may pasta recipe ka specially alfredo, would appreciate kung ma-share mo sis..fave naming pamilya ang pasta tia!
