and one more thing. Sure akong masarap siya pero i doubt kung bagay yung creaminess niya sa rice? Tingin ko mas ok siya sa pasta?

hubby and I both love pasta and I've been looking for different recipes of pasta sauce para maiba naman.. I saw this post and will definitely try this sis, sana lang may that kind of sardines dito sa UAE...thanks for the recipe :)

^^Sorry sis, widow cooking ang alam ko kaya pa-estimate estimate lang ako. I like mine creamy kaya around 2/3 - 3/4 ng all purpose cream (250 g ata yun) ang ginagamit ko. I also tried using evap milk pero I can't give the estimated amount of milk used. Mas gusto ko nung cream ang ginamit kasi creamier. Good for 2 persons lang ang 1 small can ng spanisg sardines. hehe.

As to kung bagay ba siya sa rice? Well, Taste is subjective. Mas gusto ko na palaman siya sa toasted bread or mixed with pasta. Si hubby naman gusto na ulam siya.

thank sis for this recipe. Nagluto na ako kagabi. 2 cans of sardines then nilagay ko lahat ng 250ml cream. Yum yum nga. Nilagyan ko din ng cheese pero walang basil. Nagustuhan naman ni hubby at baby ko at nang in laws ko. Yung daughter ko dami nakain kahit spicy. Thank sis. Next time lalagyan ko ng basil.

Hi sisses! Grabe I'm really shocked na ang dami ko na palang nashare-an ng happiness sa recipe ko na ito, :) ang dami na nagbtry and i'm glad you all loved it! :)

It's good sa rice for me kasi parang pastel ang peg niya. Ig you hink mauumay kayo sa cream, you can opt to just put. A litlle of cream just to give that creamy taste lang. :)

Next time, sisses, especially if you're trying it with pasta, you can saute the sardines with tomato first para mas rich yung lasa ng pasta. Then add the cream afterwars. :)
