@sis mommyleng : hehe,oo nga eh, discipline talaga dapat para ma'achieve natena ng gusto naten ma'achieve.. nakakainis nga eh, everyday ako nagtitimbang, di umaalis sa 50 kilos, minsan sinasabi ko nalang sira na 'ata weighing scale naten, stuck up lagi eh.. :D

feeling ko parang gumaan na rin ako ngayong simula ng taon...hehe...aba powerful yang "feeling" na yan ha...nagkaka-totoo din minsan  :)  sarap lang kumain lalo na pag mga paborito meals ang nakahain  :)

nakaka frustrate talaga..ang taba taba ko..hindi pa rin naman ako kumakain ng rice mag 1year na pero ganon pa din timbang ko..nasimulan ko na na 1month straight na akong nag boboxing..natigil lang kasi nag kasakit ako..ayun,,hirap na naman ibalik..haY buhay

If you’re a mom who’s bent on changing your diet, but are finding it difficult to stick to it especially when eating out, here are Chef Barni’s 5 tips:

1.    Stick to baked or grilled food - nothing fried.
2.    Order soup beforehand because it fills you up. Chances are, you won’t overeat or order dessert anymore.
3.    Don’t skip meals.
4.    Don’t starve yourself because that’s when you binge out.
5.    If you must order dessert, order one to be shared by the group.

talga nag boxing ka? balak ko magboxing kasi eh..
ano weyt mo nung simula ka palng magboxing and nung natapos kana(after a mo).
mahirap ba at effective? laht ba liliit esp. the braso? hehe..
sensya dami tanong interested lang talga me hehe.. Thanks

Hi mga sis. im back. hehe. ano kamusta po pagdidiet nyo?

ako still trying but may result na hehe need p maglose more weight eh. hehe
sa umaga ng jojogging kami ng sister ko 2 hours kasama na walking and jogging
coffee in moderation as in once or twice a week lang po. no softdrinks or powder juice. 10-12 glasses of water everyday. sa lunch lang ako ng rice and 1 cup lang tas once a week lang ako mag meat pag sunday cheat day. alternate ang fish at vegetables. minsan nalang dn ako kumain sa fastfood most of the time pinilipili ko talaga yun small amount lang tas bilang ako ng bilang ng calories hehe. no junk foods din. sa gabi, bread and athena milk. i need ko kc magmilk eh. kc sa age ko po na 21. mukha na kong 40. kelangan ko ng antioxidant. hehe.

hindi na ako natutulog sa hapon, at pinipilit ko talaga makatulog sa gabi kahit minsan umaatake insomia ko.
okay lang i lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. ang laki kc ng pounds na kelngan kong ilose weight eh. pero ok na dn to kc healthy eating hehe. minsan lalo na pag may okasyon ang hirap pigilan yun sarili kaya back to zero ulit. hehe.

pero laki benefits, dati pag gumigising ako sa umaga ang bigat bigat ng pakiramdam ko tas alcoholic pa ko dati pero ngaun occasionally nalang ako uminom at magaan na pakiramdam ko.

try nyo mga sis healthy diet. i read blogs tungkol dun sa mga chinese slimming pills please po wg kayo magtry kc nakakacancer.

Pa join mga sis. Now ko lang kasi nakita tong topic na ito..
Last September 2012 I gave birth with my 2nd baby during that time 55 kilos ako.
Last January naging 51 kilos then now I'm 48 kilos na lang. I don't eat dinner, less every breakfast and lunch.
Every morning kahit 10mins jogging lang. Now my goal is to regain my 46kilos weight.  :) :) :)

Heavy breakfast, light lunch and dinner.  Have your dinner before 6pm.  No more midnight snack.
Less salt and less fats.  Avoid softdrinks (nakaka laki ng tiyan so as alcoholic drinks like SMB)

Don't skip a meal.  Balanced diet lahat pwede basta in moderation.
Try brown rice instead of white.  Mas heavy sa tiyan kaya konti lang kanin ang makakain mo.
As for chicken, remove the skin (ito ang may pinakamataas na fats).

No to junk food.  Check the label (nutritional facts).

Limit rice intake
Eat more fish, fruits and vegetables
Exercise, kahit simple lang ;)
