Hi SP Mommies!

I am new here in SP and will really love to get you thoughts...

on Nov 13 I will be flying to Malaysia for 3weeks business trip.. ibig sabihin iiwan ko si baby..

Please dont judge me! Yes, I do have a choice and I choose to go because of opportunities that may come dahil dito. Out of hundreds of employee ako ang first choice nila and sobrang laking deal non. but, I feel so gulity. 9 months na si baby and mix feeding sya..mostly BF.. i still plan to pump para inde mawala yung milk ko.. ngaun palang nag iipon na ako ng frozen milk para may madede si baby..magstay din sya with my relatives & hubbieh..

Sobrang bad ko ba sa desisyon ko? Nalulungkot ako isipin na baka pagbalik ko ayaw na ni baby mag BF sakin.. naiiyak ako isipin un dahil i am so attached to our BF bonding.. may mga mommies ba dito na may same xperience?

Hi sis sophiedc24! Kumusta, are you in Malaysia na?

I'm currently in almost the same position, although three days lang naman ako aalis, I still feel kinda guilty leaving my baby. Kaya lang, ganito talaga ang nature ng work ko, and I'm not the first mom in our office to do this. Yung isang officemate ko nga, as early as three months, nakapag-field work na sya out of town, kaya maaga nag-wean baby niya. Ako kasi, like you, gusto tuloy-tuloy pag-BF, kaya magdadala din ako pump. 

Don't worry, hindi naman tayo malilimutan ng babies natin... Bawi na lang ng bonggang-bongga, hehe.

Hi mommies, nakarelate  naman ako dito. I was in a 5-week business trip nung 10 months old ang baby ko. Everyday ako umiiyak abroad. Mag-isa lang kasi ako nagtravel tapos winter pa, sobrang lungkot! Problema ko pa yung time difference so weekends lang kami nakakapagskype ng baby ko. Feeling ko din nun baka makalimutan na niya ko kasi nga di niya ko everyday nakikita at nakakasama.

Paguwi ko at nung nakita ko si baby sa airport, pigil na pigil ako umiyak! Hehe! Ang difference lang is hindi ako nagpabreastfeed. Sabi kasi nila iba talaga ang attachment level pag nagpapaBF vs hindi. How was your experience mommy? I hope you managed yung period away from your baby.
