Buhayin ko lang for Boracay 2014. :)

Im once again going but unsure of where to go since I will be traveling with the parents and classmates of my daughter.

Has anyone tried budget traveling to Boracay here where they cook instead of going out for dinner and lunch during their stay? It is most preferred by the moms I will be going with.  Cant recommend any since I have not tried though judging from google and review it is Tans Guest house that tops the list.  Not sure if I want to do a non beach front stay though.

If you have any 2cents to help me decide I would appreciate your contribution.  THanks :)

Sis, we will be travelling to Boracay next week :) Medyo all out itong travel namin ngayon kasi birthday ng anak ko, pero last Feb 2011 budget trip kami, sa Tans kami nagstay. Kunanin mong room yung may kusina, kumpleto sila ng gamit :)

Ipagtanong mo nalang saan namamalengke ang locals kasi mahal naman ang goods sa D Talipapa :)

We stayed in Tans for the first two nights then another two nights at Boracay Regency. Grabe lang ang sarap pala ng Hotel Staycation  :P

Sis Firstymom&SAHM, lean season na yan kaya cheaper na yung hotel accommodations. Try glass bottom boat, your 3YO daughter will enjoy it. My kid enjoyed it.

^sis ito yung contact numbers nila 09207634655, 09283473359 or 09195801221. Sis kapag dating niyo Boracay pwede kayong pumunta dun sa stall nila, near Boracay Bamboo Resort. Mas mababa presyo kapag Pinoy ;)

hi mga mommies..

balita naman sa bora trips niyo recently? hehe. it will be my/our first time to get there..
medyo matagal pa naman ang trip namin pero excited nako since first time nga and birthday ni hubby and our anniversary narin. actually hindi pa niya alam na nagbook nako ng tickets namin via cebupac. it costs 4k roundtrip via kalibo. 3 na kami with our 3 yr old son.

still scouting where we can stay. for 4D/3N. hindi ko lang masyado maintindihan yung peak/ off peak nila., sa iba resort kasi, low peak ang Nov 11. tapos sa iba naman, high peak.. hehe

mas ideal ba ang walk in nalang since di naman daw masyadong matao sa Nov. kaya lang mas gusto ko na rin yung pagdating dun, no worries na since we will be travelling with our son..
Nabasa ko rin sa blog ni mommy juvyann na mas cheaper pag hindi yung resort ang magprovide ng service from airport to resort? hmm.. any mommies na from kalibo din ang galing, may van ba doon o any mode of transfers going to caticlan? salamat mga mommies.

My family and I have been to Boracay 2 times. The first one was in September 2013. Lean season noon and we stayed at Residencia along station 1. Beachfront ang Residencia, dalawa ang beds nila sa isang room, maganda bathroom at may footbath room sa loob ng kwarto sa tabi ng pinto. Kasama na rin ang breakfast for two. We got it for 2,600 Pesos per night. 3 nights kami. Residencia is somewhere between Discovery and Two Seasons. Maulan when we went there so wala kami nagawang activity. Foodtrip lang at swimming sa beach.

The second time was in January 2015. We attended a wedding. Peak season ito and we were on a budget. I think around 4,000 Pesos ang cheapest room sa Residencia pag peak season. So, instead na mag Residencia, nagbook kami ng room sa Paradiso Inn. 2,400 pesos/night for 2 nights. Paradiso Inn is located along the side alley beside Casa Fiesta sa Station 1. Just 20 steps away from the beachfront. May footbath din naman, pero sa labas. Our room came with one queen bed and one single bed. Bathroom was clean. No breakfast. Pero may carinderia beside it where we had our breakfast for 50pesos/head.

We hired a tricycle to take us to Mount Luho Viewpoint and then to Puka Beach. We paid 300 Pesos for one hour one-way trip. Tricycle from Puka Beach back to Paradiso Inn cost us 150 Pesos (special trip). In the afternoon, we did paraw sailing. It was just me, my hubby and my 3-year-old daughter. We paid 500 Pesos for a 30-min boat ride.
