Hello sis, oo nga pala on top of the salary nga ang contributions...tama ka. Pero pano kung mataas na yung salary to begin with? Hay naku. Mapipilitan tuloy babaan ng mga amo mga starting pay nila kung ganun lang din naman.

Meron nga article recently about sa pagkukumpara ng sweldo ng average office worker sa maid. Nakakaltasan ang pay ng office worker ng mga SSS, Pag ibig, etc., plus pinagkakasya pa natitira sa basic needs... Samantalang maid, kung desente naman ang amo niya, lahat libre! Pati na toiletries, load, etc. Mas nakakaipon pa sila. Yun nga lang, you'd have to empathize with them that they have to take criticism almost on a daily basis.

Can relate ako sa sitwasyon mo. E pano kung tayong mga employers na yung gumagawa ng trabaho? Pero I guess you'd have to stipulate everything you want in the employment contract na rin.

ano naman masasabi niyo sa bagong ipapanukala "daw" ni Sen. Legarda na from minimum wage ngaun eh gagawin nang php 4,000.00 minimum wage ng mga HH?

whaaaaaat?!? 4k a month?!? ano ng mangyayari sa budget ng buhay namin nyan? 

sana naman kung gagawa sila ng batas, kunin din nila ang side ng middle-class families. dapat may boses din tayo

Huwaaatt?! 4k/month? Plus sss, philhealth, pagibig? These law makers are surely not from middle class. Nagpapabango yan para maraming bumoto sa kanya.

AW! 4k per month?! pinatupad na ba? Umaaray na nga kami sa 3.5k a month sa dati naming HH e tapos dagdag pa mga benefits ngayon..

Hi! I read that the "one-stop shop" for SSS, philhealth, & pag-ibig will be active 6 Months after the implementation of the IRR. Does that mean I can wait that long to process all these for my all around? Or should I do everything na d hard way? Naka one month n din kasi all around ko.

i have a young kasambahay now. after i read the IRR for kasambahays, prohibited pala ang mga batang kasambahay. she's 16 by the way. but ayaw niya umuwi. gusto daw niya magwork sa amin. and she badly needs money for her sister & father... is there something i can do ba?

i have a young kasambahay now. after i read the IRR for kasambahays, prohibited pala ang mga batang kasambahay. she's 16 by the way. but ayaw niya umuwi. gusto daw niya magwork sa amin. and she badly needs money for her sister & father... is there something i can do ba?

Mukhang kailangan ng pirmahan dyan mommy na inadvise mo na siya about the situation and still gusto niya parin mag work sa ganung situation.

ive heard sa news na ioopen ang saturdays this month ng sss pra maasikaso daw mga forms for the kasambahays. im not sure lang with pagibig & philhealth...

You can wait naman BUT be prepared to pay all the back benefits starting June 4!

I also heard sa radio na dapat sa SSS registered na ang LAHAT ng kasambahay by June 30.  Or else, may penalty.  Confusing siya BUT kelangan sundan..

Sa IRR may contract na kelangan pirmahan for those below 18 years old.

SSS will be open every Saturday to address concerns on the Kasambahay Law PERO NAMAN hindi rin sila sure sa mga pinag-gagagawa nila!!

Naku naman...mabasa nga ulit yung kasambahay bill...parang yung last version na nabasa ko ay iba.  Thanks for the link.  Now I'm seriously thinking of setting up a daycare/drop in center.  Parang mas ok pa yun kaysa mag hire ng yaya.
