Hi!

Question po sa mga bakers. Ano pong brand ng cocoa powder ang affordable pero best quality? I'm using yugn Dutche' alkalized cocoa powder for baking choco cupcakes, but I'm not getting my desired chocolatey taste. San po kaya ako nagkamali?

Hi!  I use Peotraco Cocoa Powder.  It's a bit expensive but cheaper than Bensdorp.  I also use it in champorado which makes it chocolatier.

wow sis i try ko nga rin yan.  ako naman pag nag babake i use hershey's cocoa powder..

Sis you might wanna check cocoa powders in Chocolate lovers sa P. Tuazon masarap din siya and much much mura! They also have chocolate bars and they are selling it for not more than 200 pesos per kilo

Sisses, let's revive this topic It's very timely since it's the rainy season and you might wanna sit on the sofa with a cup of hot chocolate wow yum yum I've been recently using cargil gerkins cocoa hindi siya masyadong bitter and if you warm it with milk, mas masarap pa siya sa signature hot chocolate ng starbucks
