hi mommy dheng, yes may relation dun sa pagbubuntis mo yan kc db nagkakarun tyo ng hormonal imbalance pag buntis tayo db?. based sa salamat dok program, sabi ng dr. use k daw ng support stocking evrytime. its also corrct na itaas mo yung paa mo pero yung magshower k siguro better to take more rest before doing it. don't always use high heels, balance daw dapat ang time to sit and time to stand.pero pag malalaki n ang varicose veins there's a laser tretment in st. lukes, if u want.

To minimize or correct varicose veins:
1. Avoid crossing your legs, kc naiipit yata yung superficial veins so restricted ang blood flow.
2. for better blood circulation, raise both your legs to a level higher than your head. Tama yung everytime you're finished with your work or chores ay itaas mo both legs and anchor them on the wall for support as long as you can stand it. After a while pag binaba mo na legs mo, you'll feel a bit painful tingling due to your blood rushing back to your legs.
3. Whenever you're forced to sit for a long time like when you're in a meeting, mag excuse ka like you're going to the ladies' room and walk for several minutes. If you can't do that then while sitting just do ankle pumping, this is a physical therapy term for pointing your foot downward and upward. Repeat as many as you can.
4. Also, when you're standing in line and the line is quite long, shift your weight from one foot to the other and do also ankle pumping.
5. If you're pregnant, lie more on your left side and not on your right side. Wear support stockings at all times even when you're sleeping.
6. If you already have varicose veins that are unsightly and cause you pain, consult a vein specialist and undergo sclerotherapy. Be sure to ask your doctor about the risks of this medical management.

Fellow mommies! Lets forget about our babies and hubbies for awhile and talk about ourselves naman for a change. Wouldn't be fun and informative if we'll share our beauty tips, regimens, how do we stay fit, good spa, make-ups etc or anything that is related to moms beauty, fitness and pampering.

I've recently tried GANBAN Spa in Jupiter, Makati. My husband and I tried it our out of curiosity. The whole experience took us 2 hours to complete. I could say the experience was good but i'm still pinning for a human massage after the silica heated bedbath, massage chair (it's good but still missing the human factor) and the oxygen bar.

malaki talaga epekto ng varicose after giving birth, me so far after 5kids di ko naging problema yung magkaroon varicose veins, medyo naging maingat ako nun during my younger years, but my sister suffered from it till now... ganda pa naman ng legs nun dalaga sya, kaya lang madalas kasi binabaha sa place namin dati tapos teacher pa sya lagi nakatayo, di napapahinga yung legs niya, nung magkababy sya, naglabasan talaga, as in parang galit na veins, ngaun me laser treatment yata sya, ska injection, kaso super mahal.

Many thanks mommies sa infos and suggestions. Nung preggy ako, nagstocking lang ako one month after that tinamad na ako kasi naiinitan ako.
