Go to a hospital na lang sis or call one.. Tapos inquire ka.

I remember din meron sa ospital dun na a mom can go on her spare time and spent it sa paedia ward at pwede sya dun magpa-breastfeed. Nakakita ako. May mga procedures din malamang. Nakaka-inspire. They really advertise din kasi. Sana meron din dito sa atin ganun. Yung awareness tulad ng gusto mong gawin.

you can go sa mga hospitals and donate it, like MMC, FABELLA etc., pinapasteurize nila yan bago bigay sa mga babies, lalo na para sa mga premies na hindi mapabreastfeed ng mommies. . . yung mga inipon ko for my baby ipapadonate ko sana sa fabella kaso my MIL decided to use it for her face. . . i know. . .  kakaloka noh. . .  hehe. . . ;D

hi sis, i also read here in SP about Dra. Gloria Ramirez, director of Human Milk Bank of Phil Children's Medical Center. Donated Bms should undergo pasteurization for virological and bacterial safety. maybe you can ask one of the SP staffs for her contact details.

Godbless :)

Hi, I merged your topic.
First of all, I would like to thank you whole heartedly on this noble cause of yours. There is a big demand for breastmilk and only few donors. I have tried donating breastmilk myself and it is not an easy task. I have my own breastmilk donor story which appeared on SP website (check my signature below). There are more breastfeeding stories there that mentions institutions where you can donate your breastmilk.
PGH too has a milkbank now.
There are breastmilk advocate groups in Metro Manila. They provide services to Mothers who has difficulty and lactating by visiting their homes. Maybe you can contact them and they can come and pick up your milk. Try breasfeedingphilippines.com for a start.
Cheers!

Since you're in Malate po pala, malapit lang kayo sa PGH.
I foung\d this on the net from a multiply site

I think you can try malunggay capsules or try na lang yun fresh dahon. Gawin mong soup.

Nephew ko is now 3 years old. Nakakatawa lang kasi nung nanganak ako last year nakikita niya na breastfeed ako naiinggit sya kay lila kaya naglalambing sa mama niya. Pina-dede naman ng sis ko just for fun. Then after a day nagulat sya kasi bigla na lang may lumabas na milk sa kanya. As in ang dami. Funny but sabi nga nila hanggang 3 years old ang bata meron pa rin gatas ang nanay.

try mo tinola kahit every other day. tapos ampalaya leaves.

super effective..

kaya madami ata gatas ko because when I was pregnant, halos mas marami intake ko ng gulay, kung hindi malunggay eh ampalaya leaves.
