oatmeal diet

hi mga mommies share ko lang diet ko oatmeal eto yung kinakain ko breakfast ang oatmeal with milk a little bit of sugar wala kasing lasa kung gatas lang ang ilagay
lauch nag rice ako pero kaunti lang
dinner oat meal di na ko nag rice sa gabi.
tapos exercise. yoga zone sa bahay lang since full time housewife talaga at walang ako maiiwan sa baby ko sa bahay na lang ako nag exercise
target ko talaga malost weight
ko ng 20kilo kasi 70kilo na ako ngayun after ko manganak lalo pa ako tumaba kaya nakakainsecure na kapag nakakakita ko ng mga mommy na sexy gusto ko na ulit bumalik sa dati kong katawan hmmmp:-)  sana magloss ako ng weight sa oatmeal na to hehe...
kayo mga mommies share din kayo kung nagdiet oatmeal kayo:-)

Nag oatmeal diet din ako dati (Nung wala pa Baby, hehe!). Oatmeal + Milk + konting Sugar din ang dinner ko dati, no rice. Effective! ;D

Pero kase, nakaka-umay din. Kaya dapat may pang replace sa umay days. Fruits, or kaya papak lang ng ulam. Ganoon :)

just gave birth 3 weeks ago palang and 37 lbs. Na lose weight ko.gulat nga ob ko bumalik na sa dati weight ko in less than a month.hindi oatmeal diet ko kundi fita at tubig, green tea. At super konti rice every meal.
