Dory fish. May nabibili sa supermarket yung fillet na talaga, cream of dory nakalagay.

cream dory, lapu-lapu, labahita, tilapia, tuna, salmon, all of these can be made into fillet. just ask the vendor that you want it fillet. hope this helps.

Fish fillet for me is the cream dory fish.  I like the texture of this fish.  Hindi na o-overcook.  I also cook it into fish fillet with lemon butter sauce, fish fillet with white sauce.

I buy my cream dory or pangasius  from Robinsons Supermarket.  They have their own fish fillet (robinsons supersavers) sold per kilo on the frozen section.  SM also have their own cream dory sold per kilo at a cheaper price.  But I like the ones from Robinsons better kasi may difference sa texture once the fish has been thawed out.  (my slime feel kasi yung sa SM and from RB wala).
