Di ba ikaw, long Cycle ka, 28 to 34 Days.  Meron namang mga babae na short ang cycle.  You see, whether long or short ang cycle...laging ang ovulation o yung pag release ng egg ay 14 days before the next mens.  The shorter the cycle, the nearer the ovulation day and fertile days are to menstruation.

For a 28 Days Cycle, subtract 14 days from 28 and you get 14.

28-14=14. So, Day 14 ang Ovulation, ang fertile days ay Day 11 to Day 15.

Try computing for 22 Day Cycle.

22-14=8.  This time, sa Day 8 ang Ovulation, ang fertile days ay Day 5 to Day 9

So kung katatapos pa lang ng mens sa Day 5 or Day 6, at may intercourse...possibly fertile na at mabuntis.

Wala naman yatang kinalaman yung "malinis yun loOb".  Pagdeposit ng Sperm sa loob, at may cervical mucus, mapo-protect ng mucus yung mga Sperm.  Mabubuhay sila habang nagtatravel papasok sa loob para hanapin o salubungin ang egg. Ang egg ay mare-release ng Day 8 pa.  Baka sa Fallopian Tube na iyon masalubong ng Sperms at ma-fertilize yun...it will take about a week bago magtravel ang fertilized egg papunta sa matris o Uterus. So Day 8 plus 7 days...15 days...by this time may lining of thick blood na sa wall ng Uterus.  Dito magi-implant ang fertilzed egg.  Kung hindi na-fertilize ang egg...sasama na yun sa blood.  At lalabas sa body ang blood as menstruation period.

ahh..buti nalang pala long cycle ako,last na tanOng nalang daddy jojo,di bA ang cycle di pare pareho,kung ngaun nagkameron ako eh june 4,at sa pag bilang ko from last mens ko na may6 ay 30days,dun ba ko magbAbase sa last cycle ko kung anung day ako magiging fertile ngayong june?dun ba ako sa 30days babawas ng 14?

Para sa iyo na 28 to 34 Days Cycle...pagsama-samahin mo ang mga fertile days ng 28 Days hanggang 34 Days Cycle.  Ang estimated safe days mo ay Day 1 to 9 at Day 22 to Day 28 (up to Day 34 or next mens).

Ang Fertile Days (F) mo ay Day 10 to 21 (in Yellow) at ang estimated na possible Pinaka-fertile Days (P) mo ay Day 14 to Day 20.

Dahil 28 to 34 Days Cycle ka, ang fertile days mo ay Day 10 to 21.

Sa 28 Days Cycle...ang Day 10 ang estimated first day na fertile...

Sa 34 Days Cycle...and Day 21 and estimated last day na fertile

Estimated lang ito ha.  Kung Day 10 na, pwede ka ring mag-observe o mag-expect ng mucus discharge, kung wala pa, kung dry pa...pwedeng i-consider na safe...well, that's up to you.

Hi daddy jojo! Lagi ko inoobserve yung saakin everyday .. Pansin ko nitong nakalipas na mga araw, hmmm.. dry naman sya, moist pero sticky.. hindi sya madulas katulad ng raw egg.. wala pa kasi lumalabas sakin na parang raw egg.. i remember nung MAY 31 ako huling nagkaroon nung parang raw egg.. pero nung MAY 30 kasi yung dineposit ni hubby lahat kaya ba ako hindi nag kakamucus ngayon i mean yung parang raw egg dahil posibleng buntis na ako?

Hindi mo pwedeng i-consider yung observation mo noong  May 31.  Dahil may deposit ng semen/sperm sa loob at baka yun ang lumalabas sa iyo noong May 31.

Alam mo, whether or not buntis ka, hindi mo dapat hinahayaang ma-stress ka.  Kung hindi ka buntis, maaapektuhan ng stress ang ovulation mo,  at dahil dito madedelay ang fertile days mo...at magbabago ang schedule ng menstruation period mo.  Kung buntis ka, maaapektuhan ng anxiety mo ang baby.

I-share mo sa asawa mo ang nararamdaman mo.  Ito ang essence ng pagiging mag-asawa... communication... relationship... sharing.

May epekdo din pala ang paiba ibang schedule ng period or fertile days kapag stress ano? hmmm .. lagi ako na sstress pero never pa ako na delay .. hehe  ano-ano po ba ang sign ng nag oovulate ang babae?

While there may be other pages published on the internet about TDM, I firmly believe that we need to put the highest premium on the official source.  Georgetown University is owned by the Society of Jesus...the Jesuits...just like our Ateneo.  Hence, its Philosophy is anchored on Christian teachings about the sanctity of life.

I am sorry that I need to be firm on this...but PlannedParenthood promotes abortion and contraception and this affects their credibility and perceived objectivity in discussing topics on natural family planning methods.

You must have come across these websites because they easily get hit/listed by Google.  This is because they got the money and the machinery to establish their presence on the web and the media.  Even if they present themselves as non-profit organizations and come with a dot org domain...they are obviously fronts of multinational contraceptive industries.

Thank you Daddy Jojo. GU-IRH should indeed have the credit for the TwoDay Method. I tried searching for other sites other than this site you mentioned on your first post and found out that the site I recently gave (contraceptive.org) also promoted GU-IRH. Other sites just don't give credit or sources.

I admire their goal "to make Fertility Awareness-Based methods easier to use and more widely available".

nag DO po kasi kami ng bf ko 9th days after ng mens ko october 5.. 28-32 cycle days ko, natatakot po kasi ako baka kasi fertile ako nung time na yun? withdrawal naman po yung ginawa namin.. tapos tinry ko po kung may mucus secretion ako makakapa after 4-5 na nag DO kami.. pero ang nakapa ko po is para syang white and sticky mucus, pero i wonder kung semen po ba yun na nakapasok or infertile ako that day na nag DO kami ni bf? tinry ko dn po yun this past few days pero same pa rin ang nakakapa ko. white and sticky pa din so ang iniisip ko infertile pa dn ako. pero kagabi tinry ko ulit kung ano itsura ng mucus ko, may nakuha akong parang super slippery and stretchy sa vagina ko, am i fertile that day? naguguluhan po kasi ako.. sana po you reply on my post.
