Hi to all moms out there! :) I'm a first time mom and due this july 2013.

I'm so scared of pain of childbirth kasi sa dysmenorrhea pa lang eh
tumatumbling na ko- as in nagchihills ako at di kaya ng walang mefenamic...

I'm wondering kung ano ang mas pain free: Normal with epidural o elective c-section.
it will be especially helpful sana kung may moms na pareho ng nka-experience nito.
sana matulungan nyo po ako sa dilemma ko... lapit na ako manganak. thank u!  :)

Hi Mommy,

I know how you feel..pero the truth is labor ang masakit  :D Induced labor na ako but still I indured 21 long hours of labor at masasabi kong un yung pinakamasakit at pinaka mahirap. Kaya mo yan mommylolly..once you passed the labor phase you'll do great sa delivery..take it from me na akala ko mababa ang pain tolerance but im proud to say na nakayanan ko mag normal delivery na walang epidural :)..God bless and have a safe delivery :)

Hi Sis,

Gave birth 5 years ago thru CS. I was hoping for a normal delivery pero hindi nangyari since hindi nag-dilate yung cervix ko after more than 12 hours of labor. Good thing is, I did not feel the pain of labor. As in hindi siya masakit, para lang akong nakaka feel ng pressure sa lower back ko, yung parang may tumutulak sayo pero nilalabanan mo.

As with any first time moms, normal lang na maka feel ka ng takot with the upcoming delivery. Lahat siguro ng mommies dito can attest na together with the excitement of seeing your child for the first time, meron talagang takot, fear of the unknown, kumbaga. Ang dami daming mong iniisip, from best the worst. Alam mo panlaban ko sa naiisip ko na yan dati, I look around my office, halos lahat kasi ng officemates ko mga mommies na, and wala naman silang sinasabing negative sa panganganak, so yun ang mind set ko dati. :)

Well, based on accounts ng mga kaibigan at kilala kong nag normal delivery, including my mom, ang pinaka natatandaan nila talaga is the pain of labor. As for me, since CS nga ako, ang naramdaman ko lang is yung tusok ng epidural (which I cannot remember now kung masakit) and the pain nung unang bangon ko after delivery. Siyempre, the recovery period is much longer the Normal Delivery pero siyempre, dapat, sabi nga nila, wag mong Baby-hin yung pain kasi lalo kang mahihirapan. I was walking less the 24 hours after my Csection, dahan dahan na lakad pero alam kong dapat kong gawin para maka recover agad ako. Maganda lang dun, walang hilot hilot kasi nga bawal magpahilot kasi kaka opera lang.

I am also 3 months preggy sis, repeat CS sa January 2014, and looking forward na to see my 2nd child. Pag nakapanganak ka na, lahat ng naiisip mo ngayon will not matter anymore, matatawa ka na lang :) Godbless sis! Kaya mo yan! :)

hi nag epidural nsd ako sis. and during my labor, nun nag 3-4cms nako nkaramdam ng matinding pain from contractions, so binigay na nila right away un anesthesia ko, hindi ko na naramdaman ang pain nun tusok sa likod since inpain ako from truelabor, after that, its like magic na super painless, amd during delivery, hindi ko na alam kung tama ba ang pag iri ko since wala talaga ko maramdaman, basta when the doctor says push, wala lang, iri lang ako..pti legs ko kc hindi ko na narramdaman..carring carry sis, kaya dont worry too much, after all, pag nakita mo na baby mo eh wala kina pakeelam sa mga pain na yan :)) though, may tingling pain sa lacerated wound the next day..but much longer kasi ang post-operative pain after ma cs compared sa nsd..
