Samsung E1080 has blocking feature pero wala siya yung so called na SPAM folder. Totally blocked ang messages. Same with MyPhone phones may blacklist at whitelist. Blacklist is for blocking and whitelist naman is yung defined numbers mo lang dun ang makakatext or tawag sayo. Ang labo din eh noh? Hahaha.

^i can so relate, mommy. nag-change pa ako ng numbers before. had i known, di na kailangan. i could've kept all my old contacts and vice versa. i wonder why samsung hasn't marketed these features, eh important kaya to.. ???

sabi ng isang teki-teki kong friend, products such as mobile fons have some limitation in marketing their goods like telling people how great the unit is through its features. this is to avoid daw malicious intentions of people (like him) to find their way into attacking some innocent users (like me). hehe... sabi lang... pwedeng totoo.. pwedeng hindi...  ;) but for sure, there's a reason behind...

if you are using nokia symbian phones there is a certain application that can block any unwanted text messages, it is called MCleaner. it is very easy to use  :)

i have the same problem; buying a new sim card is an unattractive option since i've had it for years now.
this looks like an old post but it comes up on searc engines so i might as well contribute what i found.

it's a call and sms blocker - free download for nokia phones. it has versions for other phone OS as well.

the new lumia coming out has a built-in feature for these kinds of blocks.

hope this helps.
