No Payslip

Mommies and Daddies too,  Just want to ask optional ba o required talaga ang isang company to provide or give payslips to their employees. Does the employee have to be regularized first before being provided payslip?

dapat meron, kc pay slip is where you can find the break down of your salary, taxes and deductions like sss, philhealth etc

Its a must sis...kahit pa anong status mo sa work...nasa payslip lahat ng details ng sweldo natin...saka eto yung proof natin that we are earning this amount...

sa work ko kasi lahat kami walang payslip. bago pa ako dito sa work, 2 months pa lang. pagtinatanong ko di daw required. :(

sa previous work ko big deal ang payslip.. every payday dapat may paysli, which is right para alam ni employee ang  breakdown ng mga deductions niya at para alam niya kung nahuhulugan ba ang philhealth, sss etc.. pero sa work ko ngayon di nagproprovide unless mag request ka. nasanay na kong may payslip every payday kaso nahihiya naman ako magrequest since bago pa lang ako dito sa work ko. pero dapat talaga meron.

Same here.  Current employer ko hindi nagbibigay ng payslip (family corporation/business)... former employer ko which is a multinational company does...

But since the agreement I had with my current employer is maayos naman (net pay or takehome pay ang negotiated salary ko sa kanya, bahala na siya sa mga deductions) monitored ko kung magkano dapat makukuhaho ko every payday.... I also check if hinuhulugan nila SSS/Pag-ibig, they do naman.

dapat po meron. ang payslip ang assurance mo na napasweldo ka nila, nagbabayad sila ng sss, philhealth at hdmf ganon din kung may mga loans ka, at yun ang proofs mo kung sakaling binabawasan ka pero hindi naman posted.
check mo din ito sis ->http://www.fairwork.gov.au/pay/pay-slips/pages/default.aspx
ask mo din employer o hrd mo kung bakit hindi required un...
