Hi sis, I have the same situation as yours. Then we searched the net for possible spaces and ended up buying two condo units at solano hills in sucat muntinlupa.

What made us say yes?

Mura lang kasi.. naabutan namin nun pre-selling so each 30 sqm unit was only less than a million. We got the adjoining units so that's for a total of 60 sqm.

No downpayment. Well, generally yes. Kasi wala kang cashout aside from the reservation fee. Lahat, pasok sa pagibig. Res. is only 15000 per unit.

Mataas yung lugar so hindi babahain

Maintenance fees for the condo is only less than 50 pesos per sqm.

It's developed by PHINMA PROPERTIES.

Place is accessible, sa service road sya ng SLEX and Skyway.

Near schools, markets, malls.

We finally got a condo unit reserved and we'll start paying na this month. Small 2BR unit lang sya, mid-rise lahat ng buildings sa buong village. Just right for our budget and we can pay 100% of the TCP for 5 years with 0% interest. 3 years pa yung turnover pero ok lang. At least we still have time to save up for the interior design
