Birthing Experience at East Avenue Medical Center
« on: May 27, 2014, 09:52:24 am »

Hi mga Sis... Has anyone here experienced giving birth @ East Avenue Medical Center either through NSD/ CSD? Please share naman po your experience. I just called their admission and they have Pay Service. Their rooms daw range from 900 ( semi-private, a/c room , 2 patients/ per room), meron din silang P1500 at 2500 suite room. Kaya lang medyo wala lagi available na rooms. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and my OB is accredited at EAMC. She recommended that I give birth there since it's cheaper there and complete ang facilities. I'm due on Oct through Elective CS.  Sana po ay ma I-share nyo naman ang experience nyo kng sino man ang naka try na manganak dun especially yung Nursery nila if malinis ba. Thank you mga mommies!

^Sis, i already gave birth last Nov 7. Supposedly checkup but I went under the knife that day also. Ngleak kasi bag ko, at risk na si baby. The facilities are being improved. Okay ang birthing center and OR. Even the Philhealth ward I availed @P800/day, located in the 6/F. 6 in a room but with curtain dividers and spacious na rin. Everything is clean din, and properly maintained, prob bec the facility is new. Ang ayaw ko lang, yung crew (cleaning & roving nurses) na ang ingay kumilos, walang paki kahit disoras ng gabi at tulog mga pasyente.
Anyway, I paid around P4k for my hospital bill.Naiwan kasi si baby:( Overall, I'd say it's beyond my expectation, considering govt hospital sya.
