House Construction/Renovation Expenses
« on: February 02, 2013, 12:22:09 am »

Hi mommies - we are currently renting but will soon be moving sa house namin sa south, actually house yun ng parents ko. Kaso ang dami kailangan ipagawa, medyo napabayaan kasi. I would just want to get inputs from you on how much kaya magagastos ko. We need to get 2 bathrooms fixed, a dirty kitchen, tpos yung ceiling at roof ng front part ng house. How much kaya aabutin sa bathrooms at kitchen?

Thanks in advance mga mommies! :)

House Construction/Renovation
« Reply #3 on: April 23, 2014, 05:53:27 pm »

Hi mga mommies and fellow daddies,

We bought a condo unit and will soon move-in next month,  wala pa s'yang partition so kami pa magpapagawa.  Any suggestion on the material to be used?  Dami ko kasi nababasa pero sa ibang bansa walang galing sa Pinas.

Salamat!!!

If you will live in a condo for years and will be your home... I suggest, it is better if you will hire a professional (an architect or interior designer) for your condo so that your money will not go to waste.  They can maximize the space of your condo.  They can also design furniture that fits your requirement.

This is our experoence when we built our house. We also have a compilation of photos from day 1 to turn over. If you need supplier and some advice maybe I can help just leave a comment in my blog since I am not always here.

I agree with Angelynn, the work of a professional is exceptional. Also you could look for someone who is willing to give you a free consultation and helping with the planning. There are many new trends emerging in remodeling, some installations such as impact windows and storm doors even help to increase the home's value and reduce energy bills. My suggestion would be have a peek at these guys for more info.
