GLOBE BUSINESS LINE DISCONNECTED

Hello. I would like to seek advise. I think dito kasi ako pwede mag post about globe e.

May husband kasi has opened a business line na ako nag manage ng bills. 1500/ month sya, note 2 LTE ang phone. naka 9 months active yung line then due to financial issues hindi ko na nabayaran so na disconnect sya nung April, ang bill we need to pay is around  9,000. I emailed biz@globe.ph to inform them na babayaran sa August yung 9,000 kasi sa computation ko sa August kami magkakasobra. Nag reply naman si biz@globe na noted daw. Around May nagsend nanaman ng billna balance is 55,000!!! Then sumunod na last month may mga tumatawag na legal. So ang sabi ko akala ko ba parang may agreement kami ng globe na sa August ang payment ng 9,000. Then wala ng nag rereply sa emails ko.

I talked to globe rep ang sabi sakin55,000 daw ang need ko i-pay to have the line reinstated. Ang gusto kasi namin, we will pay for the 9,000 plus any additional fees pa kung meron pero 55,000 e hindi namin kayang i-pay yun. So sabi we have to go to the nearest globe center daw para makiusap sa manager or something kung pwede pagpatuloy ang contract.

Just wanted to know your thoughts on this or has this happened to you din? Wala na kasi akong mahanap na solution to this problem e. tia

You may have to pay for the 9k plus the reconnection fee. Ask saan galing ang 55k na yan? It's like a bank or something na may interest and lumalabas no matter how I compute it. 1.5k yun line a month so

april = 9k
may = 1.5
june =1.5
july= 1.5

total = 13.5k

let's say reconnection fee is 1.5 din. Unless isinama nila yung computation sa 2 units na kinuha nyo. Better go to the globe store to sort this out with out fully paying on the units din. Take note iba yun kausap mo sa phone at makakusap mo sa store, better sa store para may papers, although they give you a confirmation or transaction # for your phone call... sana you took note of that. Pwedeng hanapin ng agent yun sa store from your previous call and pull out the agreement that you have agreed upon verbally. Most of the time they do not reply sa emails right away especially if its about billing.

Hi,

Ang alam ko, laging may lock-in period, like 1 year or 2 years.  Ibig sabihin, kung magpapadisconnect ka pagkatapos lang ng ilang buwan...pagbabayarin ka ng malaking fee. 

Ang nasa customer service hotline ay walang coordination sa sumasagot sa email at sa Globe Business Center.   Tama na kunin mo lagi ang transaction number mo dahil minsan hindi yata documented ang pakikipag-usap mo.  Ang medyo matino kausap sa lahat ay ang sa Globe Business Center.  The rest are unreliable.


Nabasa ba ninyo ang contract?

Ako, hindi.

Matagal akong subscriber ng Globe.

Mga 6 years din yata.

Puro bayad ang ginawa ko...kahit mabagal o walang internet connection.

Binaha kami noong Ondoy (2008).  Sep. to Nov. di nagamit ang Globe Broadband, may bill pa rin.

Kailangan pa ng mahabang usapan para bawasan ang bill mo ng internet na di naman nagamit.

Kung ma-late ako ng bayad, may dagdag na penalty!

Nang ayaw ko na mag paperless billing...aba naningil ng fee sa pagpadala sa akin ng printed bill.

Ang phone number mo, nakaopen for promotions at advertising.  May tatawag sa iyo at magkakaroon ka raw ng Gift Check worth P2,000 pero ang catch, pahahabain nila ang lock in period mo...para mas lalo kang matali sa kanila.  Kung di mo pag-aaralan ng mabuti at malaman ang "catch" maloloko ka...tapos third party yun ha...di pala taga Globe.

Magaling sila sa paniningil.  Sinisiguro nila na magbabayad ka lagi.  Kung magre-reklamo ka na paputol-putol o wala kang internet, maliit lang ang ibabawas nila na rebate mo.

Automatic lagi ang billing, fees at penalty mo...at minsan mahirap intindihin ang bill dahil may kung ano-anong ipinapasok silang charges.


"These Terms and Conditions of the Subscription Agreement govern the relationship between Globe Telecom, Inc./Innove Communications, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “We”) and an eligible Subscriber (hereinafter referred to as “You”) for the provisioning of Globe Mobile, Tattoo Broadband and/or Globe Landline Postpaid services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”)."

"We reserve the right to modify our Agreement as the Service may require. Said modifications shall be posted in www.globe.com.ph, and once published the same becomes binding to you. "You may cancel the Service at any time by: (a) giving us thirty (30) days prior notice (please note that you are required to give us this notice if you do not wish to continue to use the Service after the end of the minimum subscription period), otherwise we will continue to supply the Service to you and you will continue to be charged for the Service)"

"Further, we reserve the right to effect a permanent disconnection of your service(s) if you continue to fail to pay your bill within our identified period. Once the service(s) is terminated, all outstanding balance becomes due and demandable."

The 55k I think is for the phone itself na note 2 LTE. 2years lock nito. Grabe Hindi kasi nagagamit tong line na to nasa bahay Lang kaya Hindi na napansin. We'll visit globe service center sa Sunday and hopefully pumayag sila na reinstate ang line and continuous contract kasi wala naman kaming 55k na pang bayad.

Grabe pala pag na cut na ang line sobra sobra singil hehe.
