Now, collecting money from employers for PhilHealth and SSS is not the same as providing for the PhilHealth and SSS of the maids . I had a maid from BRS but when they learned that I have friends in PhilHealth and SSS they stopped collecting what is supposed to be due to PhilHealth and SSS in favor of the maids and asked me instead to remit the SSS and PhilHealth premiums directly to SSS and PhilHealth since, according to this Analiza her staff in charge of remitting is busy with several other functions. Hence, I was sure my maid's PhilHealth and SSS has been paid for.
In case of doubt, you may email the following friends of mine to verify if the maid given to you is a member of PhilHealth and SSS and if your maid agency is remitting the preniums that they collect:

sis alana ,  in fairness naman sa BRS, meron kami kopya na binigay ang BRS na contribution sa SSS at P.HEALTH, kinukuha ni yaya tuwing kukuha sya ng sweldo sa agency.puwede ko ipost dito.

Ay naku, correct ka diyan cleopatra3173  may nakuha ako sa BRS pineke ang NBI, 1950 ang nilagay na birthday sa NBI tapos ayaw pumayag na 60 years old na siya kasi 1952 daw ang tunay na birthday niya. Tapos imbes na makatulong sa bata, lalo lang itong tinatakot dahil kung ano-anong multo at white lady daw ang nakikita niya sa bahay namin. Tinannong ko yung manager ng agency kung talaga bang nagba-background check sila, ang sabi basta daw may clearance sa NBI sigurado. Kaya dapat di tayo magre-rely sa basta may NBI clearance, tingnan din natin kung consistent ang nilalagay sa mga personal data. Kung kaya ng maid lokohin ang NBI, anong assurance natin na di tayo lolokohin sa bahay?

I am getting our all around maid sa agency since I gt married. Honestly, most of them are super eager to give u one kasi sure profit na sa business nila. Tapos after sometime irreplace lang tapos pag wala na sila mabigay wala na rin yung contact number nila. I cme across one agency na bago pa lang which is referred by my friend, nung una hesitant ako kasi bago pa nga lang daw but since recommended ng friend ko tnry ko na rin. I am very happy naman with the way they handled my query and need. My verdict: Ang maganda hindi masyado expensive yung agency fee nila and hindi niya kinikuhanan ng 20% yung salary ng maids but they conduct training from "i love you, yaya" ni maricel laxa-pangilinan. And mataas ang respeto ng mga applicants na maids and yaya dun sa owner who personally handles her business. Naging impression ko hindi mukhang pera kasi tinanong agad ako kung ano yung criteria/standard ko.  Ang naging problem ko lang hindi sila nagbibigay agad na pag tumawag ka they can give u asap, nung una sympre naiinis ako pero when Ive talked to the owner ang galing ng pagkaexplain niya kasi sabi niya kailangan daw imatch yung profiles ng mga applicants nila sa kung anong gusto ko. And if I need one na maayos I need to wait kahit in a day or 2. I waited for a day lang tapos meron na sila nabigay. Until now ok naman. 9 months na yung maid sakin and ok na ok talaga kasi yung training na binigay daw sa kanila is kung pano maging passionate sa work. Nirenew ko yung contract ko kasi 6 months lang pero hindi ako nagpareplace.

I am just happy na meron pa ring agency na maayos kasi super super hirap talaga humanap ng maayos kausap ngayon. Shinare ko lang kasi ang galing lang. God bless us all.

 :)Hello! ako din i got my yaya from an agency, sa biyaya naman ni Lord  ok yong get ko sa agency, di ko na need replacement....she loves my kids.reliable yung agency na kinuhanan ko, registered sa dti...kaya di dapat matakot..akala ko noon mas ok recommend lang,try ako sa agency ok naman..totoo parang asawa nga hahaha u will know them when u live with them....

we also hire through a yaya agency here sa davao.. but they have an office kasi.. it's easy to get a yaya from them but medyo diffucult na to get a replacement..

we tried that kind of thing before, ipapakuha sa probinsiya.. 2x ata.. but ganun ang nangyayari, biglang umaalis.. kaya right now, we just go to this yaya agency para meron kang hahabulin.. they also have din kasi a contract which you and the representative of the yaya agency sign.. so medyo protected ka din kahit papaano..

MOMMY_IANNE2, ask ko lang what agency dito sa davao kumuha ka ng yaya? I have friends kasi who are desperate to get a yaya.  They have tried the agency here in davao which is ADOLENS at according to them di maganda ang serbisyo.  They also tried getting from a certain Kuya Bert pero pareho din.  Baka ok yang agency mo. Paki refer naman.  Thanks.

For my personal experience, hindi naging maganda with St. Martha's, umalis ang helper ko after 2 months, hindi na pinalitan, nagtatago na yung kausap ko sa agency. mismong yung helper ko ang nagsabi sa akin na tinataguan daw nung guy na yun ang mga clients niya na nagpapapalit ng mga helpers.

I dont know why but the maids we got from this agency lasted only max of 2 months!   i badly need your feedback regarding this agency..
