Hi mga momies, just want to ask kung gaano kahaba yun paglilihi period? Sobrang selan ko kasi ngayon 1st trimester ko. Hirap ako sa pagkain kasi kadalasan sinusuka ko rin agad. Ang dami kong ayaw na pagkain sobrang picky talaga.
 Pls momies give me some advice. ☹

Hi, bawat pagbubuntis ay iba-iba. Pero talagang mas maselan ang 1st tri-mester sa lahat. May ibang tao na hindi na nagsusuka after ng 1st tri-mester ngunit ang iba all through out ng pregnancy nila ay nagsusuka pa din. Natural lang ang pagiging choosy eater mo, kapag nakapanganak ka na balik sa normal na ulit ang mood mo sa pagkain. Just eat what you are craving for in moderation specially if those are sweets and bad for your health. Drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and do not stress yourself. Hi mommy mikkarisma,

right na sa first tri pinakamaselan at morning sickness / nausea / vomiting is very common.  My first and second pregnancy hindi rin maiwasan puro suka ako the whole 2nd to 4th month.  Do not stress out kasi lalong lalala. Try iba ibang foods, try mga tinapay.  Kung ano makakain mo na hindi makakapag upset ng tyan mo yun muna kainin mo.  Saging madalas is okay kasi hindi matamis or ma-acid (unlike oranges) at apple.  sumubok k iba iba foods, if masuka ok lang, kain na lang ulit kasi need magkaroon ng food intake for the baby.  Talk to your OB, nung binigyan ako ng OB ko ng prenatal vitamins nagkagana na akong kumain.  Mas mainam din pa-konti konting kain na madalas, kesa madalang na pagkain ng madami, mas nakakasuka yan.

OK lang yan, need pagdaanan talaga but it will only be a phase, pag nakapanganak ka na, balik na sa dati ang iyong appetite, at xempre happy n pag nakita na si baby :) Good luck to your pregnancy :)
