My husband and I wanna make sure our daughter gets involved in household chores even at an early age like she is now @2 and even though we have a lot of help that she didn't need to do it. But by doing this, it would give her a huge set of skills that would benefit her when she gets older. She started helping me do chores when she was 1 year old... Very simple things like picking up her toys and putting them back in toy box etc. Now she helps me put laundry in washing machine, hang clothes in washing line, pick her own clothes to wear, make the bed in the morning, set the dining table clean the toilet and so many other things. The good thing about it is she volunteers. She loves to help. She loves to get involved and she's having fun. We all have fun working together. She loves helping me in the kitchen, making cookies, bread, cakes etc etc he especially when we finished making the icing she just loves to lick the bowl and spoon!!! Haha
Here's a video of her cleaning the toilet :)
