ay naku ako grabe, at first sa OGCT naf failed ako tapos medyo mabilis din kasi tumaas ang weight ko and may family history kami so sabi ni OB refer daw niya ako sa endoc so at first pinag monitor niya ako..ok naman until nung mga two months nalang biglang tumataas na nagiging 130 - 140 na tapos pinag OGTT na ako para malaman nga kung at risk narin ako in the future..bumagsak ako sa 1 tapos sabi ok naman yung iba pero pinag insulin parin ako..once everyday before dinner ang sakit grabe kasi ako lang ang nag iinject sa sarili ko since si hubby eh takot sa needle so sa hita ko sya iniinject..di naman sobrang bumaba yung sugar ko so nung nanganak ako nandun si endoc tapos minomonitor din si baby ng glucose niya actually pati ako..sabi lang ng OB ko pwede din kasing may effect yun kay baby..kaya si hubby nun tinatakot ako, baka kung ano daw mangyari kay baby ako daw may kasalanan..naawa talaga ako sa sarili ko kasi todo diet ako nun..ayun 6.8 sya nung lumabas..mas maliit kesa sa first baby ko na 7.5 saka  di masyadong lumaki talaga tyan ko nun..

"Is it okay for me to take aspartame?"

There have been no health warnings for pregnant women against this artificial sweetener. However, women with phenylketonuria (PKU), an inherited inborn error of body chemistry, should avoid food and drinks containing aspartame.

Parang naalala ko kasi with my first baby(4yrs ago) nagfasting yata ako. Tapos ngayon sabi sakin no need daw to fast and just eat my usual breakfast.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is more commonly known as gestational diabetes or diabetes during pregnancy. It is a type of diabetes that occurs in women who previously didnít have diabetes but experience elevated glucose levels during pregnancy.

Hi.
