Hi Daddy Toppe68,

Kung 28 days ba, or mas mahaba, 31 days.

So, in this case, March 19 possible na nag-ovulate o nagrelease ng egg ang wife mo.  So fertile siya from March 15 to 20 (kasi, 5 days life ng sperm at 2 days naman ang egg).  So try to remember if you made love on these days.

Siguro, from now on, i-take note ninyo na rin ang dates ng love-making ninyo. Next time alam na ninyo.

For more info.  Check some of the things I've been sharing.

Yan din ang sabi nila sa akin nuon.. but we all know naman na iba iba ang babae physiologically, kahit magwork yan sa iba, hindi pa rin pwedeng sabihin na magwowork yan sa karamihan ng babae... kaya i did not rely on that although i'm breastfeeding for 2 years and 3 months now..

hi mga sis ask ko lang kung possible ba mabuntis if exclusive breastfeeding.. dati i was getting birthcontrol shots, pero nag stop na ko kasi di ako comfortable na di nawawala spotting ko. last August 7 dapat ang next shot ko. nung di na ko nagpa inject pag dating ng September I was having discharges every morning. parang green minsan yellow. di ko alam kung fertile ba ko nun or dahil sa di na ko nagpa inject?.. sabi kasi nila di daw agad mawawala effect ng shots after 6 months. pa daw. totoo ba yun? saka exclusive breastfeeding parin ako ngayon pero wala na kaming ginagamit na contraceptive.. possible ba ko mabuntis? TIA!  :)

@ mommy aicha:

Exclusive breastfeeding doesn't guarantee us na di tayo mabubuntis kasi may cases na ganun nangyari.. pero as per my experiences eh hindi nga ko nabuntis pero my OB told me it's not 100% sure kaya pinayuhan kami na magwithdrawal if I don't like to use or undergo artificial birth control.. kaya ayun, medyo naging maingat pa tin kami ni hubby nung time na yun.. ;D it's ok.. it's a blessing from God and praying for a baby girl.

tama sis Aicha,

hanggat maari eh natural contraception yung method na gamitin, as long as na kaya nyo mag-asawa at andun yung discipline, at as long na regular ang menstruation mo :) kasi ako, Im sorry if most of members here eh mas prefered ang artificial birth control, but me, Im against of it kasi.. I have my reasons.. personal, health issues and spiritual matters..

good for you sis at nagkamens ka na ulit, basta make sure tama ang bilang hehe para di sumablay :)

Breastfeeding acts as a natural contraception.
Exclusive breastfeeding delays the onset of menstruation after giving birth, which could help in spacing pregnancies. Note, however, that it only works if you're exclusively breastfeeding, your baby is less than six months old, and your menstruation hasn't started yet after birth.
