PATI TOTOO KEA yung SINABI SAAKIN ..
NANGPAPAPSMEAR KC AKO SA LYING IN LANG..
DAPHNE PILLS DAW AY PARA LANG SA 6 MOS PAGKATAPOS
MANGANK..KEA DI NA RAW AKO SAFE DUN..
KC 2 YEARS OLD NA yung BABY KO..

Daphne is good for breastfeeding moms only. If you're not into it you better change na for another pill. Then and there you will know if pregnant ka or not. Hope this will help :)

This is to EMPOWER everyone, especially WOMEN, so that there will always be an INFORMED CHOICE.

Abortifacient- pinaninipis o tinutuyo nito ang dugo sa matris ("thins the lining of the uterus").

Daphne...lynestrenol; Belongs to the class of estren derivative progestogens used in progestogenic hormone preparations.

Mechanism of Action: Daphne is a progestogen-only oral contraceptive pill. Progestogens are derived from the natural hormone progesterone or 19-nortestosterone, which actions are similar to those of progesterone.
Daphne stops ovulation, thins the lining of the uterus and thickens the cervical mucus.

Pregnancy Category (US FDA): Category D: There is positive evidence of human foetal risk

Side Effects:   Some women may experience side effects eg, nausea, vomiting, headache, breast discomfort, depression, skin rashes and slight weight change. Menstrual irregularities eg, amenorrhea, breakthrough bleeding, spotting and menorrhagia are common with
progestogen-only contraceptives.

@just_katya
Hi.

We have a choice...sana we can choose life.

@bride

Quote
Although the total number of days in a woman’s cycle may vary, ovulation usually occurs 14-16 days before the onset of the next menstrual period. For women who have regular cycles between 26-32 days, pregnancy is most likely to occur between days 8-19 of the menstrual cycle. - University of California, Davis
[/b]

Kung totoo ngang irregular, less than 26 days, or more than 32...nakamamatay ba ito?

Hi mommy ruby

Check the product insert of your Exluton

Contents    Lynestrenol
lynestrenol ; Belongs to the class of progestogens. Used as systemic contraceptives.

Source: Concise Prescribing Information of Exluton
http://www.mims.com/philippines/drug/info/Exluton/

It's the same as Daphne, it's a Progestogen-only contraceptive - classified as Group 2B in the WHO-IRC list of Carcinogenic Risks

Look, women have natural hormones like Estrogen and Progeserone...and these pose as risks for Breast Cancer.  By using synthetic/artificial hormones as contraceptive...you are adding more than what is already there...further increasing the risk.

Hormonal Contraceptives are packaged as Pills, Injectables, Patches and Rings.  Their contents come in indifferent names but are always revealed as Estrogen, Progestogen, Progesterone...synthetic versions of those found in the body.

It answers questions about missied pills, side effects, etc.
