hi mommies.. nagka ubo at sipon ang baby ko wala pa siyang 1 month nun.. nahawa kasi siya sa kuya niya... pinainom ko siya ng oregano pero 3 days na di pa ren gumaling so pinacheck up ko siya sa kapitbahay na family med, may halak na ang baby ko kaya binigyan siya ng antibiotic,mucolytic at decongestant, siguro kung nadala ko agad di na siya need bigyan ng antibiotic actually yun din ang isang reason kung bakit nag herbal ako kasi dati sa panganay ko nasanay sa gamot.. pero iba pa ren pag nagpaconsult ka sa dr,,, at kailangan humanap ka ng dr na kahihiyangan ng baby kasi sa panganay ko 3 pedia tapos bagsak namin sa family dr namin..

Hi Mommies! Pls. advice me naman, my 3 month old baby is having coughs as of the moment, feeling ko nahawa sha sa akin kasi i have one also.... any medicine that you can suggest? Is it okay ba na no need to take medicine na lang, water theraphy na lang instead kasi she's too young to take meds?

Mas mahirap kasi kung nagho home remedy lang tayo lalo nat baby ang pinag uusapan..better consult your pedia first. Mahirap kasi na mapabayaan ang ubo kasi it will lead to pneumonia...As for my experience kasi, 3 mos din pa lang si baby ko nung inubo... As a first timer and working mom, 2 days pa bago ko naipadala sa Pedia si Baby..Ayun, pneumonia na pala..so he took antibiotic  for 1 week.Di ba ang hirap ng ganun...Dapat as soon as possible, madala o maipatingin mo na si baby sa pedia niya....

Update mo lang kami sis kung ano sabi ng pedi..Godbless....

Hi mommies, first time mom and new in this forum. Need help, my 6month old daughter has cough and colds. Ano po ba pwede ilagay na solution pang nebulize? ilan beses pwede mag nebulize? thanks po sa mga magrereply

ang anak ko pag may cough and colds ambrolex drops at allerkid ang reseta ng pedia ang pang nebulize ay asthmalin or ventolin tapos hahaluan ng 2cc ng 0.9% sodium chloride.. ang instruction niya sakin ay 3x a day sinusunod ko 1 araw lang pag guminhawa na 2x a day nalang..

tapos kung ma plema may pinapapainom sya sa antibiotic ulit.. depende po yun sa ubo at sipon ng bata..

sis ask your pedia, it's better to give meds with the advise of doctor. may basis din kasi yan like the weight of the baby etc.

fellow mommies, i need your advice po, sana ma share niyo po yung experience niyo. Meron pong ubo ngayon ang baby ko ngayon lang... kase siguro nahawa sa MIL ko kase ilang days na may ubo. ano po kaya maganda kong ipainom sa kaniya, i think nahawa siya. Out of town po kase yung pedia niya kaya hindi ko mapa-chek apan. Sana po ma share niyo kung anong gamot pinainom niyo. 10months old na po yung baby ko. Salamat.

hi mga moms. may sipon din baby ko ngaun. he's only 2 1/2 months. he's taking allerkid and antibiotic din as prescribed by pedia.  naawa ako sa kanya kasi last saturday na umuwi kami eh nahihirapan siyang huminga.

baby ko din my ubo't sipon kakaawa mag 1-1month palang sya next week..ang aga nagka ubo't sipon.. hanggat maari sana ayoko painumin ng gamot..hayzz. ano b safe n gamot sa age niya?

my baby is 5months old. 1st time niya magkaroon ng ubot sipon. her pedia prescribed her to take disudrin & loviscol drops.

Depende kasi sis... mahirap mag-suggest ng gamot sa bata kasi napaka-delicate nila.
If matagal na yung ubo and sipon, 5 days, I would advise na mag-pa-check up na kasi baka mauwi sa pneumonia.

Ang ma-advice ko lang is to make sure your child has enough liquids. Kailangan maraming water.
You also have to check the appetite.
