^sa mobile phone ng husband ko may option sa calendars about menstruation...just enter the date (ata) ng last mens tapos magkakahighlights na kung anong days meron (red) safe (white) unsafe (yellow)...

pero di namin sinusunod...

AYOKO! takot pa ako eh...  :D

we follow calendar/rhythm method ever since. kaso when we used it to concieve, medyo nahirapan kami... kailangang 6 months na subukan.

this only works if a woman has regular periods.

what i normally do is after my period...

sa irregular this is the easy way... yung days after ng menstruation... kasi kapag before hindi mo matratrack kasi irreg ka nga...  sa calendar kasi 7 days before and after the mens, you can have safe contact.

It worked for us kasi regular ang period ko. And yung OB ko sabi niya sakin ang day 1 daw dapat is yung unang spot ng blood na makikita mo. Mostly daw kasi ang day 1 na bilang ng iba is pag lumakas na which is mali.

Nag try din ako mag pills. Dun ako tumaba. So were happy na effective itong calendar method sa amin. mag 6yrs old na ang youngest ko this feb. :)

mommies!!!

im so bothered right now. hindi pa kc ako ngkakapgdecide kung pills or injectable ang gagamitin ko. i gave birth kc last august 08,09. normal lang naman ang mens after giving birth sabi ni OB ko, mine lasted for almost two weeks. then after 1month ako ulet ngkaroon pero sobrang konti lang and it lasted about 3days lang. what suprised me was that hindi pa ncocomplete ang 30day-cycle ko eh ngkaroon ulet ako so parang 2times akong ngkaroon in a month. pero like the previous one, it didnt last that long too and spots lang sya. then after another month, mga 2 1/2 month after i gave birth, hubby and i had a contact pero hindi kami natapos. by that time di pa dumadating yung mens ko. then nasundan ulet ng isa pang contact which was not done successfully again kc parang ngkaron ng post-trauma c hubby na mabuntis ulet ako. i suppose to have my period na 2nd week of nov pero until now wala parin sya. huhu. 3mos palang si baby and im worried na im preggy again.

it is really possible to get preggy due to pre-c*m? or ngaadjust pa yung cycle ng period ko that's why di prin ako ngkakaroon until now? pls help, i can't wait another week na ganito ang feeling.

 thanks in advance mommies!!

i think you're not..pero try to seek advice from your OB to be sure..siguro nasa stage kpa ng adjustment hindi pa regular menstruation mo though madami din nabubuntis after giving birth..pero you can go for a pregnancy test pero since kelan ka lang nanganak bka magulat ka magpositive kasi db usually ganun kahit nanganak kana or dka preggy positive yung PT since kelan ka lang nanganak..

paano ulit mommy lady_v? 7 days after ng 1st day ng mens? or 1st day pagkatapos ng mens? (magulo ba tanong ko?)

Let's say November 18 - Start of Mens... kelan safe?

kahit sino po pwede sumagot...  ;)

eh mommykay kailan magsisimula yung 1st day after ng mens?

lets use my example again:

Nov. 18 (nagkaroon) do I start my counting from this day or do i have to wait for my period to finish and sa last day ng mens ko dun palang ako magsastart ng counting?

sorry ha... kulit ako.. ;D

sis example 30 days cycle k po eto

18 19 29 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 - safe
28 20 39 01 02 03 04 05 06 07- no longger safe
08 09 19 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 - safe uli

yung red dun possible mag occure ang fertility
Nov 18 - start of mens for nov
Dec 17 - start uli ng mens fo dec

hope na-explain ko ng maayos  ;)
