hi momy yading,

i suggest proper, balanced diet coupled with exercise is the best way to go for a healthier weight loss.

i am a 24-year old mother of two. my eldest is 1 year 4 months old and i have a one month one week old baby. i used to be 55 kilos (121 lbs) when i was still single. with my second pregnancy, my weight rose up to 78 kilos (171 lbs). I want to loose weight and regain my self confidence.

I am aiming to loose at least 10 kilos come December. I think it's a realistic goal that can be achieved through balanced diet and exercise.

^ ask your ob sis. di naman alam kung ano ang condition ng cut mo e. pero normally it's after 3 months.

for a nursing mom, medyo mahirap din magbawas ng weight dahil ang sarap kumain. palagi ka kasi gutom e. i'd say eat a balanced diet. don't cut out too much on rice kasi calories yun e or palitan mo sya ng pasta. remember that you are losing 500 calories a day IF you are EXCLUSIVELY breastfeeding. i used to eat oat meals before dahil madaling iprepare at masustansya.

pero dahil nga masarap kumain, medyo nahirapan din ako bumalik sa pre-pregnancy weight.

don't use chemicals to lose weight baka sumama sa breastmilk mo makasama kay baby. as much as possible gawin mong natural. kung normal delivery ka naman e pwede ka na siguo magwork out in 2 months.

hi mommy thanx for the rply..minsan n lang q mgbreastfeed humina na xe milk q..ms malakas n siya s bottle..Yah ur right hirap talaga mgpa2yat masarap xe kumaen hehe..But I really want na pumayat.. :( pag malaki2 n baby q mg gym xe 7mos. p lang siya wala mg-aalaga..I will eat oatmeal as u said it will help me ba para pumayat?I plan to drink sliming tea but as u said that its bad I will not try n lang..How old is ur baby n?Give me some tips pa para pumayat ako hehe..Thanks a LOt.. ;)

me naktry na o sa inyong mag take ng slimming pills?Iniisip ko kc mg take ng slimming pills..please help kung nu magandang brand..thanks n advance!

swerte lang ako kasi mabilis metabolism ko. pero after birth i did gain weight. lumaki yung mga dapat lumaki. i still have the after baby tummy. advise ng mom ko who is thin after three babies, skyflakes, skyflakes, skyflakes! :D eat a full meal only when it's time for one. pag in between, skyflakes muna. i'm breastfeeding kaya gutom lagi pero sinusunod ko lang utos ng mom ko. drink milk na din daw kaya lang may asthma ako so lahat ng dairy products pati chocolate and egg and seafood di muna pwede. hinay lang sa food. sometimes iniisip natin gutom na tayo pero hindi naman pala. uhaw lang. drink lots of water din. and try tea after each full meal :D

try mo na lang. pag feeling mo hungry ka kuha ka agad ng skyflakes. :D sometimes i drink milo or milk din, minsan may juice. pag full meal naman, i drink water muna before ng first subo. :D

mga sis  i just want to update you on my quest for weightloss. i was 78 kilos at the time i gave birth last august 30. my goal was to lose 10 kilos by december through exercise and healthy diet. i checked my weight yesterday, i am at 66 kilos now. my ideal body weight is at 55 kilos.

my aim now is to lose the remaining 10 kilos in 3 months. i am now exercising for 10-20 mins every other morning. i might go into biking soon.
