1) Isulat ang lahat ng problema, detalye, pangalang ng mga tao na nagbibigay problema sa yo at kung ano ang gusto mong mangyari.
2) Itiklop at ibulsa ang listahan.
3) pumunta sa adoration chapel ng simbahan
4) ipagdasal silang lahat
5) yun lang.

Ako before yoga, ngayon minsan gusto ko na lang lumabas muna ng bahay or punta ng mall..kaso na iistress naman ako pag di ako makabili...haha

Wayback in college, a guy friend of mine always say "positive thinking lang yan". Parang mantra na paulit-ulit kumbaga just to lighten things. Pag under the weather ako sometimes il say the same to myself then think of happy thoughts. Before i assume na parang joke lang niya yun and walang relevance. Pero come to think of it, may sense din naman. Kasi kung patalo ka sa stress and you let it consume you, papanget lang tayo. Hihi.  ;D

araw2x hindi ako nawawalan ng stress.kasi mismo si hubby ang stress ko :(
ako kasi lagi ang nakikita at lahat negative sa kanya..
dagdagan pa ng anak namin na pihikan sa pagkain.
nakakaubos ng pasensya at naging matigas na din ang ulo:(
as in wala ako "me" time,walang ibang mgbantay sa anak namin.
kung talagang masikip na ang dibdib ko,pupunta ako sa banyo at
doon iiyak ng iiyak sabay kakausapin ko si God.kasi He's not only my God
but my very best friend too.sa kanya ko lahat sinasabi ang mga hindi alam ng
families ko.. sa pamamagitan nyan,gagaan na dibdib ko & relax na :)

one time,pgdating ko sa bahay galing akong work,sobrang pagod at gutom,
sinalubong agad ako ni hubby ng pagalit kasi pinainitan ko daw car niya..
as in umiyak na ako ng sobrang lakas at nagdabog.di ko na kinaya,para akong
batang humahagulhol....pgkatapos nun,ok na din ako at dahil dun kumalma si hubby.

but most of the na stress ako eto ginagawa ko:

1..talk to my best friend (God)
2.sleep
3.sing & dance
4.watch movies at home nga lang
5.eat..eat..eat

Drink coffee/milk tea.
Soundtrip.
Pretend play with my daughter.  :)

I have a number of ways to cope with stress: 
 
1.) Pag nasa office and super dami talaga ng stressful factors, I take a deep breath and count 1 to 10 repeatedly. This helps a lot pag ok na back to work :) I try to avoid na makipag-usap pag super taas ng stress level ko kasi baka ano pa masabi ko sa kausap ko :)
 
2.) At home, I play with my kids :) Yung kakulitan nila minsan helps me, minsan naman yung ingay ang nakakastress mismo, pero madalang lang naman hehe :) Pag ganito ang case, I just call my favorite therapist for a relaxing home service massage.. this never fails to make me feel better :)
 
3.) just like most of the moms here, food is my favorite way to forget about stress :)

mga sis...naiistress ako ngayon sa trabaho ko...daming dapat gawin pati pagod na din........ ano yun ginagawa nyo para mawala ang stress...
