I don't want to resort to sleeping anymore. Ayokong matulog na masama ang loob dahil sa stress. Kung payag lang sana gawin kong punching bag o magpakagat si Mister, mailabas ko lang stress ko ;)

1. talk to a close friend
2. if you cant contact your close friend, try talking the matter with someone close to you
3. if all else fails, SMILE.. take a deep breath, kahit na pilit na pilit, SMILE!

 play with my 10mos. old baby girl. she's so adorable kaya tanggal stress ko talaga.
no matter what, i make it sure  na uuwi ako ng lunchbreak just to see my baby.
and we have 1 month seminar pa 5-7pm, di talaga ako ng-aatend.. syempre all i wanna do is to spend
my precious time to my baby :) naging precious na time q start ng dumating si baby :P

HI Mommies, gusto ko sana i share lang kasi i feel guilty.. I am a working mom and i have a very successful career and I have a 1 year old girl. Byahe ko araw araw is 2 hours.. Ok naman time ko i am able to spend quality time with her and malapit loob sakin. Kaso minsan nkakapagod na.. :( mnsan pag super pagod tas super likot nila, napipikon ako.. may time na parang ang bad ko.. pinapagalitan ko lage, napapalo ko. Kaya naman pag pagod ako at wala sa mood, minsan hinahayaan ko nalang.. binibigay ko sa lola niya or umuuwi ako sa apartment namen (may isa kameng apt near house). Kaso i feel guilty kasi dapat inaalagaan ko sya. :(

Suggestion ko po, have an ice cream on your way home. You may need to sit and enjoy that for a while. Ako I go to 7-11 for a magnum or a cup of hot cookies and cream. This is my way of destressing a bit to end an errand and before I face another stressful hour of picking up my kids and facing home duties thereafter.


You need to love yourself so you have love to share, that's the bottom line.

Read a book, long and warm bath and cuddling time with hubby. Viola! stress free na :)

And to think I live in the province... Sariwa hangin, close to nature...Minsan feeling ko UPOS na talaga ako. ;D

Palibhasa talo ko pa hermit crab, at nakakulong lang ako sa bahay madalas, LOL.

Pero pag nakakalabas, tanggal ang pagod sa mga scenic views dito.
Beach tuwing weekends.

My stress relievers:
1. prayer
2. nature
3. friends

Uy kakasagot ko lang sa isang thread na "stress" related din... paki merge naman po :)

Napansin ko na after I enjoyed something, even if its just for 5 minutes, AMBILIS talga mawala pagod.

It helps if you have a hobby. My nanay in law, is the most stressed person I know, pero maraming hobby to keep her sanity and cheerfulness:

Gardening, cross stich, crafting, reading, etc. She makes time for herself.

Sa totoo lang feeling Upos na Upos na rin ako ngayong araw - but answering here relieved my stress! :P

Helping each other is another sure fire Stress Reliever too  ;D

Read 1 page a day of your devotinal like Our Daily Bread. Hindi nabago ng bonggang bonga ang daily life ko but it enabled me to cope and take it 1 day at a time.
