We live in an age where taking photos of your children and documenting their milestones is as easy as pressing a button on your smartphone. For a growing number of parents though, having an actual photo shoot with a professional photographer is another experience altogether. Not only is it the perfect excuse to play dress-up, but it's also your chance to get beautifully-shot photos to put on display for everyone to see.
If you’re planning a photoshoot with your kids, it’s great to have a theme so your photos look consistent but unique—some even hire stylists! For a hassle-free experience, why not try concept studios?
Unlike regular photography studios, concept studios have themed sets complete with props and wardrobe, so all you have to do is show up with your best pose! Check out these three options located in Metro Manila:
They are very flexible and can collaborate with you should you have concepts in mind, but it’s better to inform them several days prior to the shoot and show them “inspirations” so they could let you know whether they can be executed or not.
Baby Love Studio is located at R. A. Suarez Building, 363 El Grande Ave. cor Cebu St. BF Homes, Paranaque. Visit their website, call +632 998-8107 and +63 908-8512978, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
Studio Namu touts itself as the first ever photo studio in the Philippines to offer different themed rooms in one place. They have more than 60 designs like a coffee shop, children’s bedroom, a vintage living room, cozy kitchen, and more! It’s best for families and older kids. The only downside is, unlike other studios, you have to hire your own photographer as they only provide studio rental. (For a list of newborn photographers, click here.)
Studio Namu is located at 4F Sir Thomas Square Bldg, # 18 Matalino St., Quezon City. Visit their Facebook page, or call +632 263-1376 or +63 937-3742739 for inquiries.

Kids will like the safari, circus, children’s bedroom, and cowboy sets, but if you’re looking for more, they also have various props and costumes for the little ones so you can create other themes for your shoot.
