  • Baby Brain Booster: Name Some Body Parts with a Song

Build your child's recognition and hand-eye coordination skills by utilizing music and rhyme to name body parts.

  • Make up a song or a chant as you show your toddler the different body parts and what they’re called. You can begin with classic rhyming songs or be more creative and think up newer chants.

Brain research says: Just reaching for an object helps the brain develop hand-eye coordination. Plus, labeling or naming things helps children recognize words.
