On a clear day, strap your tot in his stroller and take him out for a joy ride. It’s a good exercise for you and an enjoyable trip for him. Make sure you keep him at a relaxed sitting position (preferably a 135-degree angle). Dr. Padua-Bautista says, “This is to prevent putting stress on his developing spine, and to avoid choking or aspiration from milk when he’s feeding while riding.” This way, too, he can lean back and snooze comfortably when he’s tired.
