Finally! Iza Calzado Soft Launched Her Baby, Here's A First Look And The Beautiful Name They Picked

Iza Calzado just soft launched her daughter with the sweetest message and we have to confess, we've been waiting for any update on their baby.

On March 26, she shared a photo of showing a bit of their daughter's face, plus what appears to be hers and husband Ben Wintle's hands wrapped around their daughter. They also shared her name: Deia Amihan Calzado Wintle.

Her daughter's second name is Iza's famous Encantadia character from 2005. (We can't help but remember the reasons behind Anne Curtis' and Erwan Heussaff's daughter, Dahlia Amelie.)

Just yesterday, Iza Calzado hosted the She Talks Asia Summit together with her friends Bianca Gonzalez and Lynn Pinugu, her first appearance since she took her social media break before giving birth. Iza said that the event was something she "hardly helped mount." She said, "Thank you for helping me and allowing me to rebuild myself, you know, after the birth. Sabi nga nila, when a baby is born, so is a mother. So, now I'm reborn. We are all rebuilding."

Bianca thanked her through her Instagram stories "for being there today despite being off the grid to fully embrace motherhood, and we would totally understood if you could not come, but you made a way to be there."

In January, as Iza approached her due date, she announced through her Instagram that she would be going offline in anticipation of her daughter's arrival. It was on her 40th birthday in August last year when she revealed that she and her husband were expecting a baby.

Iza wrote, "Born on January 26, she's already stolen our hearts and brought so much joy into our lives. We're so grateful for the love and support from our family and friends, and can't wait for all the adventures that lie ahead. Big love from our family to yours!" That means she's two months old today!

She admitted in 2019 that one of the reasons why she was delaying motherhood was her mother's illness. She also had her eggs frozen in the same year.

Iza and Ben got married in a beach setting on December 18, 2018 in Palawan.
