Babies born in June are likely to be taller and heavier
A study done by researchers from the University of Cambridge found that babies born in the summer months of June, July, and August tended to have a higher birth weight, compared to babies born in other months of the year. But the study also suggested babies born in these months grow taller as adults than those born in different seasons. So if you’re expecting to give birth this month, there’s a chance your child may reach great heights, literally!
June babies can be (too) optimistic
According to a study from the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology, individuals born in the spring and summer seasons were more likely to manifest a “hyperthymic” temperament, the scientific term for “the tendency to be excessively positive.”
As fantastic as it is to have a sunny attitude, Reader’s Digest notes though this finding is not always a good thing. An excess of positivity can cause an individual to overlook possible problems and obstacles in life.
Those born in June can be more prone to mood swings

So if you find that your little one suddenly switches to being grumpy when he was smiling just minutes ago, here’s a possible explanation!
June babies may be less likely to experience depression
According to a report by CafeMom, a study from Vanderbilt University found that babies born in the summer were at a lower risk of developing emotional and psychological issues such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), bipolar depression, and even schizophrenia. It seems sunshine really does do wonders for improving a person’s disposition!
Babies born in June like to stay up apparently!
Though this may be less of a fun fact, it appears June babies are more likely to become night owls. A study published in the journal Sleep found that individuals born in June or during the spring and summer seasons tended to go to bed later than babies born in the fall and winter seasons.
