Right after giving birth, all moms want is to hold and stare at their babies in their arms. However, babies have to be taken to a separate bed for them to sleep in, and as Parents notes, this can be “a tough thing to reconcile because mother/child separation anxiety is very real in those first few days.”
It’s because of this that a photo posted by an Australian pregnancy website called BellyBelly is garnering so much fascination among mothers. The photo depicts a mom lying on a maternity bed with a little bassinet attached directly to it. Check out the photo below:
Aside from its modern and thoughtful design, this maternity bed’s most notable advantage is that it allows moms to stay close to their little ones right after birth.
