Moms from our online community often ask us: How do we know it's time to switch formula milk?
Although all babies are different, there are a few signs that can indicate that their current formula milk is not working.
Dr. Faith Alcazaren of Stratum Health Partners explained some of these signs in the very first episode of our How Po? web series.
"If the baby is colicky, 'yung parang kinakabag siya at always asking na magpabuhat, it may be a sign na hindi niya kahiyang 'yung kanyang gatas," she explains.
She also said your baby will be more irritable and he might also find it difficult to sleep. If these symptoms persist, it may be a sign that your baby's milk is not working for him.
Watch the video below to learn all the other signs that it's time to change your child's formula milk.
