5 Skills Scarlet Snow Belo Has That Make Her Ready for the Future
It really pays to encourage your kid's curiosity.CREATED WITH NANKID OPTIPRO FOUR
It’s no surprise that Scarlet Snow Belo, the 3-year-old daughter of Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho Jr., continues to captivate her 2.7 million followers on social media. The precocious toddler has virtually grown up in front of the public and has demonstrated—through hundreds of videos and photos—her impressive language, skills, and emotional development.
Here are five times Scarlet Snow showed us she’s a quick learner who’s ready to take on the world:
1. She is learning how to write.
Scarlet is making an early start with her writing skills in this fun practice session with her mom and dad. According to educators and experts, writing doesn’t have to be a chore to learn. Parents can look for ways to inject a little play to make it more fun for toddlers.
2. She is developing a love for reading.

When Scarlet, who's the new brand endorser of milk brand NANKID®, visited the Nestlé headquarters in Switzerland, she met Alex Keller, the company's global business head for infant growing-up milk. One of the activities they enjoyed doing together was reading children's books.
Who says toddlers should be limited to their ABCs and 123s? Scarlet seems to be getting a dose of Shakespeare courtesy of her Lolo Laki.
3. She is beginning to understand social values.
At the Belo-Kho household, speaking Filipino and learning about the country form part of Scarlet’s education. Here's Scarlet practicing her Filipino—and memorization skills—by reciting the "Panatang Makabayan."
The toddler also practices her language skills through prayer or, in this post last May, by singing the National Anthem. Help your children develop respect and pride for their country by reading them books that talk about love of country.
4. She is preparing to learn important life skills, like swimming.
This celebrity kid can often be seen taking dips in the pool, sometimes even showing off her “diving” skills with gusto. Always remember that young kids need adult supervision when they’re playing in the water.
5. She is starting to develop an aptitude for science.
Scarlet’s parents make it a point to cultivate her curiosity about the world. Everyday life can become a learning moment for her, as seen here where she learns about earthworms in the garden.
Here she is learning about what's in growing-up milk NANKID® OPTIPRO® Four during her trip to the Nestlé headquarters.
Her dad, Hayden, even uses toys and games to make sure Scarlet enjoys her lessons. To nurture your children’s intelligence, encourage exploration by exposing them to their surroundings while also having fun.
Providing your child with proper nutrition also goes hand in hand with creating an environment suitable for learning. For Scarlet, her parents chose growing-up milk NANKID® OPTIPRO® Four to help her get the right nutrients she’ll need.
Keep in mind that when it comes to learning, each child is unique and will go about things in a different way. As parents, what you can do is to understand your children and learn what works best for them.
NANKID® OPTIPRO® Four is a growing-up milk drink for kids above 3 years old and is not intended as a breastmilk substitute. For more information about the product, visit NANKID’s official website and follow the brand on Facebook.
