International digital creator Bryanboy, fondly called by social media users as ninang on TikTok is not one to mince on his words and just recently, he touched on parenting.
It all started when he received a comment asking for help for her child’s diapers and milk, which Bryanboy answered with “Gusto sana kitang tulungan, pero hindi ako gumawa ng baby na ‘yan. He posted his video replying to the parent on November 28.
“Kung basic needs na nga lang ng anak mo, hindi mo ma-provide, anong gagawin mo kapag lumaki na yang bata na ‘yan? he asked in the video. Bryanboy then counts just some of the expenses a child incurs such as tuition fee and food.
But it was perhaps his last few sentences that garnered a strong reaction. “’Yun na nga eh, kung wala talaga kayong pera, ‘wag na kayong gumawa ng bata. And, wag na kayo magdagdag ng chanak sa mundo.”

Kids deserve a good life
Bryanboy was surprised that his short Facebook video made headlines in the Philippines and he followed it up with another TikTok video explaining that he continues to stand by what he said.
“Everyone deserves a good life lalo na ang mga anak,” he captions his TikTok video.
“Yung sa akin lang talaga, I’m not going to back down from what I have said. Hindi ko ho babawiin ‘yan,” Bryanboy reiterates.

He adds, “I’m sure yung mga magulang diyan, alam naman nila siguro kung gaano kahirap magkaroon ng anak, ‘di ba? Ang daming gastusin… ako nga wala akong anak pero alam ko kung gaano kamahal magkaroon ng anak.”
The video has already gained 1.3 million plays as of this writing.
Bryanboy again identifies just some of the expenses of taking care of kids like tuition fee, healthcare, food, school supplies. “Siguro sa buong buhay ng anak ninyo, milyon-milyon ang magagastos ninyo.
At the end of the video, Bryanboy throws the question back to his followers, “Ako nga wala akong anak pero alam ko, na dapat kung meron kayong anak, dapat mabibigyan ninyo sila ng magandang buhay.”
